Wish I’d read these reviews before I…
Wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered number off this site. No jumper received and won’t let me cancel the order. Definitely a scam. Avoid and do not purchase anything from them
trust pilot says Chinese rip off company . Stop them from advertising rubbish.
glad I read the reviews before ordering , looked good.
Now I understand it is a rip off Chinese company.
What are the fraud depts doing report it to Trading Standards, may be they can do something .
Thanks people for putting up it is a hoax company. I will save my money
This is a scam for sure reading about…
This is a scam for sure reading about the products others have received
Haven’t received notification of despatch or delivery time
Don’t want the products now
How do I get them to cancel the order and refund my money
This website sells seriously shoddy goods
Really shoddy clothes.
Tricky to return. Two thin sweaters £25 Royal Mail or £16 Evri. Is it worth it? Given the amount of complains why does this scam website still feature. Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The quality is rubbish.
SCAM - Three and a half weeks since made…
Three and a half weeks since made initial order to this supposed company and no parcel and all correspondence has been generic and avoids answering any direct questions.
They deflect and do not reply to any direct questions. They did say they were a transparent and legitimate business but did not answer any questions to prove this, which a legitimate business would not have a problem doing.
I have so far sent at least ten daily emails saying that if they are legitimate and transparent they wouldn't have a problem answering any of my questions to clarify my concerns, but they constantly deflect and say the parcel is on it's way.
The question I asked were as follows:-
Please confirm that Clare (claire) London is a Mum of three young children and is closing down due to the work loads required to run both family and business as advertised by you on Facebook with a direct link to your website.
Your address of business in London and UK telephone number?
Provide all versions of your Terms listed on your website in the last year (with proof of updates - timed and dated) (I believe they have been amended on a regular basis to adapt to questions being asked of them)
An explanation of the difference between your reviews on your website and the reviews on the legitimate Trust Pilot Site and why their 'quoted' good reviews are not listed on the legitimate Trust Pilot website.
Please confirm why there is not a direct link on your website to the real Trust pilot if you are a legitimate UK business if you are not trying to mislead your client base?
Please see evidence of your last reviews on your website and the reviews on the official Trust Pilot's official website:-
1x day ago as per Trust Pilot's official website (showing yesterdays date) All reviews are negative. Please let me know if you would like me to send you the other negative reviews.
:-
1x day ago on your website with date of screenshot included:-
Finally, please confirm why if you are a legitimate London based business you have chosen to follow the law of The Netherlands in your Terms and not the UK the country you are based in?
As you say you are a transparent and legitimate business, you will not have a problem providing me any of these details.
I do not believe this item will ever arrive and if it does I'm not convinced it will be what I ordered or whether I would want it based on the facade this supposed company has presented and the real Trust Pilot reviews I have now seen.
I have informed my credit card company and they are doing a full investigation.
Please note - they have now removed the trust Pilot review from their website but still show misc reviews of 4.8 (on what who knows!) I have screen shots of their original website (dated) showing the previous Trustpilot quoted reviews (that do not link to Trustpilot when you try to click onto them) and also the legitimate Trust Pilot reviews contradicting theirs if anyone needs them.
I have now reported them also to company house at gov.com (they would not quote me their company house business number) American Express, the Fraud Squad Facebook, Instagram amongst others.
Beware online brands with any "XXXX London" name
There's a whole raft of these scam brands all named "something" London. I fell for it with Navy London and a pair of shoes
Filthy scammers
Filthy scammers. Hold your money. Tell you it's despatched so you can't cancel
Pretends it's a small business in london-chinese shit fraud
Has anybody been successful getting their money back if they used PayPal?

If you have bought from them, cancel the card you used now. It seems they harvest your personal details for sale
Disgraceful scam
Taken in by the slick website and accompanying sob story, I purchased items from this website, as I now see in other reviews. When they arrived, the quality was laughable and products that were sold as cashmere, were made of polyester. After weeks of back and forth, I must now admit defeat. They will not refund me unless I send the items back to China at my own cost. I am beyond furious. A life lesson to check the reviews before parting with any money. They are a total disgrace. Avoid at all costs.
Scam
Absolute scam. I actually received the products - which were nothing like the description and awful quality. Attempt to return them which is described as being 'quick and easy' but you have to request the return form, instead of providing it, they try to give you 30% of your money back for you to keep them. They tried this twice, then offered 60% back, still without sending return information.
Then eventually you get the form and you have to send it to China. Given the cheap cost of goods, you lose money sending it that far of course. The items will go to a charity shop. In the meantime they're being reported to Trading Standards
Chinese scam - avoid!
I too fell for the beautiful photos, and thought I’d checked that I wouldn’t have to return to China. Oh dear. Jumper did arrive today, ordered it early August. Looks nothing like the photo. So frustrating that Facebook allows these scam adverts while it deletes my shares of animals looking for homes. And is everyone at trading standards wfh and watching morning tv instead of doing their job?
Avoid at all costs or you’ll regret it
Don’t purchase from this company - what a rip off!!
Poor quality goods and return options don’t exist, you just get offers of discounts to keep
Avoid at all costs.
I agree with all the comments below
I agree with all the comments below, no purchase has been forthcoming. I was given a link to follow my parcel, track delivery. Evri have had a notification that ‘ they are expecting this…..for a month now’.
I will also report this to my bank.
A scam, and I’m always very careful. This one is clever by using the same name, different spelling. Got caught out……
Quality very poor
Quality very poor, claiming massive reductions in price, the items I have received are not very good quality and certainly would not have been worth what this company is claiming. Oliver™ - Vintage Stylish Jacket
£39.95 reduced from £209.95 - this jacket is very poor quality and not even worth £39.95. If you have any sense AVOID.
Don't do it
What can I say..
The same as everyone else. Why didn't I check trustpilot first. Oh why on why.
Clare-London is a scam
Clare-London is a scam. Have reported to my bank. I fell for the sob story advert on Meta about needing to close down small business. It’s NOT real. They spell name differently Claire & Clare. They have multiple websites with same story & different products. When you order online no confirmation sent & no product sent.
I have also fallen into the trap
I have also fallen into the trap. It looked genuine since the advert appeared in a private church post and I mistakenly thought there was really a local mother in need. My parcel has a return address on the label of Cannock UK but apparently I must return the rubbish to China. Please do not trust this company. I have both electronic and paper evidence of all my communication and shall keep it until after a full refund has been received. Although I have ticked the 1 star box, there should really be the option of no stars.
Don't buy
Oh my. I'm usually so careful. Absolute rubbish, I have received my order however it does not resemble what I ordered or the pictures. Don't buy
Please be aware this is NOT a company…
Please be aware this is NOT a company in London. The products are shipped from China
Red flags across the board
Claire-China
This company should be called ‘Claire-China’ as this is where the items are shipped from. The clothing is NOT being sold by a struggling mother, but by scammers. Please don’t purchase anything from this website as you will never see your purchase or get your money back.
