A special thank you to Matt and Shannon, who were both fantastic throughout. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and always kept me updated on the progress of my claim. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything clearly.

All the staff I spoke to during my claim was so so helpful & friendly, they do not make you feel like a hinderance to them and go out of their way to reassure you. At first I thought it was too good to be true, Rick was brilliant and answered any questions I had with patience. Everything was done very quickly, and when you call you are not holding for ages the phone is answered pretty much straight away. Thank you to all of the team.
