Avoid, take personal details under false pretences.

Back in 2018 Claim Eazy told me they had successfully found accounts with Yorkshire Bank that I had had PPI on. After much going backwards and forwards filling in forms over 2 years, today they tell me Yorkshire Bank can not find my accounts. Strange when they could in 2018. Claim Eazy have had me fill in forms with personal details when they had no reason to. Please be aware.

Never use this company ever !!!!

I must have contacted this company about 2 years ago or more . I received a letter saying no ppi was found on the account l was claiming against. I accepted this to then the company contacted me direct to say ppi was on my account. Now this company wants £500 fees which I don’t have a bit funny after saying no ppi was on the account to now it is. Very misleading company

My advice to anyone leave well alone

My advice to anyone leave well alone! After filling in numerous forms to begin with then the amount time it actually took to get any money back its not worth it all the grief and hassle as they do not leave you alone! I got back £76.00 on my claim and they wanted back £33.00 on that which is almost HALF, It was paid just to get rid of them was sick of the emails, letters I kept receiving from them. And they still claim I owe the £33.00 despite it being paid by another family member on my behalf some months ago, now we begin today with the legal action. They still are looking into another claim on my behalf they can keep it I am not interested and I have told as much which their reply was I will be still liable for charges. I dont think so. They are not getting another penny out of me.

Update on my last review on this company I have been liaising with the financial obusman who emailed me then telephoned me and had advised me to pay this company 24% by bank transfer they cannot claim any higher even if you signed before the cap your payout is after the cap so cannot be charged more than 24% so that's what I will do and will never use this company again x

Would not use again

My claim was initiated following contact with claim eazy and took 3 years, numerous prompts on my part and in the end had to pay a huge fee for a pitiful payout. I Would not use or recommend claimeazy to anyone.

Charged over 40% in fees!

I had to give 1 star. Claimeazy are worth no stars. I have paid over 40% in fees on 2 recent settlements. I have sent an email with breakdown of what I should have paid since fees are capped at 20%. I have paid more than double what I should have.

*I emailed 2 days ago had absolutely no response.*

Took two years to get

Trying to explain to them that even though I signed the agreement before the lower cap came in the payment I will receive comes under the lower cap of 24% plus vat is all I will be paying them is like talking to a brick wall even the person I spoke to at the financial obusman told me I only have to pay them 24% but they don't listen

I used these cowboys several years ago

I used these cowboys several years ago, or a pair claim, I signed about 150 documents, some they asked me to sign multiple times. I had a letter telling me they were not successful in my claim then at least 18 months later claimed they are owed money for a claim. I disputed this as have not received a penny for this claim. They constantly harass me for £52 that I do not owe. Now threatening me with county court - over £52? Appalling organisation

Here we go again

Here we go again. After a complaint to the Ombudsman going against them,and Claim Eazy informing me that they would remove my information from their system, they're back. Apparently they want to help me to claim my tax back. I daresay they would also feel entitled to half of my tax rebate. Shame on you Claim Eazy. One more email from you and there will be a further complaint made against you.

Most disgusting company I’ve ever dealt…

Most disgusting company I’ve ever dealt with, they claim your money from the company then hang onto it fir 6 month, they then pay you the lot but you have to pay half back so I though I’ll hang on to your part like you did my claim!
They then harassed me daily, letters, calls email threatening legal action so I offered a payment plan (still dragging it out like they did) they refused this & confined to harassing me!!!! I will pay them the money on my terms like they did to me!
Took over 18 month to get only £61 back. Even if it’d was £6000 I’d never touch this company again.
AVOID they don’t deserve 1*

**update** as per your reply below! I email your company every other day, usually asking you to stop harassing me, I’ve also returned your SAE saying same so no I won’t email you!!! STOP trying to look like your care.

I have given this company one star…

I have given this company one star because I couldn’t give any less. Ideally I would have liked to give a minus star value. They sent out letters to me in 2018 relating to mid-sold PPI. I signed it without paying much heed as I knew I had no PPI with Littlewoods home shopping which was correct. However they found PPI on other home shopping accounts. They’re charging 35% + vat meaning they are taking half of my refund. I signed on 26.06.2018. On 20.07.2018 the government made a change so these companies could only charge 24% inclusive of VAT because obviously the government recognised these companies were robbing people. I contacted the company who are actually refunding me and the 1st correspondence they received from Claim Eazy was in August 2019. It’s obvious Claim Eazy were aware of this change coming in legislation relating to charges and sent letters out to people to beat the deadline enabling them to claim 35% + VAT. I’ll take more care in the future from these parasites. And beware, they hound you on the phone probably trying to justify their fees!!

Can I query how I’ve received an offer…

Can I query how I’ve received an offer of £2059.51 from Santander but you want to claim 35% of 2,320.34 which I’m not receiving so your fee is £974.54 which means you will get just short of 50% not 35% how can that be right?

I’m going to take advice on this

Very disappointed waited over a year to…

Very disappointed waited over a year to find out I had one successful claim but they have now requested 35% plus vat!!!! The original fee for them was 24%. The company paid me directly as I heard from them first. Requesting almost half the claim is disgusting. Even says on there website 24%. Will be taking this further as false advertising!

Pity theres not a zero rating...

Pity theres not a zero rating.... nearly 3 years I first put a claim in ... still waiting. Apparantley ido have ppi but dnt know how much .....every one else is at fault but them ......incompetent ....dont bother using them .......I've tried to stop my claim but they constantly ring me 3 or 4 times a day .emails saying they want to help resolve it........but they dont ...one excuse after another.........

I have received numerous letters demanding payment and threatening
debt collection company's if I dont pay. despite not receiving any money from the lender and proving that I have not received any yet they still keep harassing you.
The fee they tried to charge was 15% higher than the original fee. This company is nothing but a scam

DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY!

I would not even give this company 1*, i wouldn’t even give them minus 100! Harrasment isn’t even the right word. Sending debt letters out demanding their payment even though i haven’t received one myself. This has been going on for two years. Sending the same forms out over and over again, even though i’ve sent them back numerous times. Total harassment. Full of apologies but still nothing gets done! DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!

well i had an email from these people…

well i had an email from these people in may-june this year congratulating me on my success they wanted payment i told them i had not received the payment which was meant to have been with me September 2019 so i had to send them another signed letter for them to follow it up i made another call to then and low and behold i got a letter from them two days later stating a new offer has been made first offer £800+ second offer £23 81 they want £10 of it not worth me time as i told them i would have to pay for petrol parking and buy a mask i would be let with £3. if i am lucky so my advice is not to bother with this company oh and they will take me to court if i dont pay i am yet to receive any thing
