Don’t buy anything from this company. I bought 5 survival bracelets and it took 1.5 months to deliver. I didn’t realize this was coming from China. When it finally came, the survival tools on the bracelet don’t even work (supposed to unlock a standard handcuff).

I reached out to customer support that the product doesn’t work. They asked for a video which I sent them including how red my fingers got from the pressure of trying to make the key work.

They wouldn’t give me a refund ($41). Because the shipping would cost too much so they kept emailing me if $4, $7, or $10 reimbursement would be okay. No!! I want a full refund for the defective product and over a month long shipping delay.

Horrible customer service. Item never received. Company would not issue refund for items not received. Scam company!

I never received my package even though they said they delivered to my mail box. The USPS says it is against the law for this company's carrier to deliver in the mailbox. I never saw the package. This is a fradulent site. Do not order from this scam company.

I ordered night vision glasses. It took several months and then when their tracking said it was "delivered" the product was never to be found. Total scam.

Never received my items. Civilizek refused to issue a refund. Not a reliable business. Very disappointing!

They said that they put my payment through PayPal and I don’t have a PayPal account now I’m getting fraudulent activity on a PayPal account I never had when I reached out to them. They said contact your PayPal account, but I don’t have one no help at all I haven’t received the product and it’s been about 3 weeks.No help at all through emails. Who knows if I’ll even get the product do not purchase anything from this company. It is absolutely horrific. Now my credit card has been compromised and they’re not helping at all. No product now I’m dealing with fraudulent activity. Totally terrible company.

It took almost to months to get the product. As soon as I got it I see it does not work, it’s actually dangerous as the computer slides off completely. The have been offering $8, $12 and the Latest email $15 for $74 purchase and i Can keep the product . I don’t want the product. It is a scam. They won’t return the money and after 14 days they won’t do it.

I ordered an item and it’s been a month and a half and I still have not received it. I have emailed them response is always the same, but they are sending it out to be patient and wait for the item. It does not take a month and a half to receive an item/parcel. SCAM ARTISTS- they will not refund my money.DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!

I clicked on their picture of a ring with hanging skewers for my air fryer which I intended to purchase. When my order arrived, it only included skewers-and NO ring to hang them like what was in the picture. Customer Service was very quick to point out that the ring was not included. (even tho it was pictured) The skewers are worthless and have been thrown away. I asked for info TO BUY the ring and they did not send any info.

Scam!!! Took my money, sent me nothing & refuse to issue a refund. Customer service is worthless.

SCAM company - never received item and 1 charge for 24.80 and final charge of 42.21. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I'd give them 0 stars if I could - Ordered something and realized right away that it was a scam and emailed to cancel order and they told me order had already been sent from warehouse to shipping company. Well over 1 MONTH LATER, product arrived and I immediately emailed to cancel and return item and no response....crickets....I've been ghosted!! TOTAL SCAM COMPANY! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

Sold me a handful of magic beans and called them 10 lbs of grass seed. What a scam! Do not order from this sore! Probably won't ever see my measly $4 joke of a refund.

I purchased 355 seeds in March 19th. 37 dollars including shipping. I didn't even receive 150 seeds. I've been offered $5 then $7 admitting of the companies wrong doing. It's been one month, I haven't received the rest of my order or a full refund.

I love sweats and I love these sweatpants. They are nice and thick to wear around the house in the winter.

These shoes are just as pictured. Nice silver color. Soft and comfortable. They did run a little big but nothing unbearable. Good for the price.

They felt awesome right out of the box. No break-in required. There is nice padding at the top of the heel. True to size. I did order the wide width to accommodate my bunions and hammertoes. Perfect!

These were for my 6-yr old granddaughter and she absolutely loves them. Had to get used to walking in wedges but doing good. She thinks she's as grown as her 12 yr old sister. Well made and would recommend to anyone. You can't tell from the outside that they are wedges but they are.

I hoped that these sandals would be a suitable replacement for the palmetto slide. Very close but not exact. I’d really like it if I could acquire a couple of pairs of palmetto slings! Maybe they could be brought back into production?
