City Parking - Thomson Avenue Garage LLC Bewertungen 

My car was scratched on the passenger side; therefore, I did not see it when I picked it up from the garage. I mentioned this to the manager, Pablo, and he stated it was not his problem; I left a message on the phone, but I never heard from them. Then today, 11/21/24, I was told that the loyalty coupon that is advertised on their website is no longer good and that I have to pay the full price, which means that the advertisement on their website is false. Don't park here; the manager, Pablo, is rude. 11/22/24 I was told by Pablo that the prices have changed, that they don't have early bird parking anymore, and that the fee is $10 an hour. His co-worker looked at the time, and he stated that he didn't care he could not take it anymore. He is a racist against black people, and he is Hispanic and crazy.

When booking a parking spot online at this location the address is 57 Court Square E. which does not reflect the address that is listed on the actual building. So when I arrived, I asked the attendant Pablo the address to this location he explained that 57 Court Square E is not that location address he directed me to the other side which is another lot that does not have that address either. When I returned to the parking lot where Pablo was I explained to him I was in the right location because it was City Parking was he was very rude in his response, he said to me “well if your pre-paid pass don’t work I don’t know what to tell you” I explained to him I am in the right location and it will work. I also left something very important in my car when I walked back to retrieve it Pablo again was getting very frustrated with me because I asked him can I have the key to my car so I can get something from inside. He threw his hands up shook his head walked away and asked another attendant to get my car key for him. Overall my experience with City Parking was not pleasant this morning.

In my opinion, price is right for this place.

I recently had a disappointing experience with City Parking. Despite paying for a parking space that should keep my car intact, I found that my car was repeatedly parked in the ramp where it got dirty. Instead of receiving my car in the same condition I left it, it always came back in worse shape. To make matters worse, the staff was not friendly or helpful when I raised my concerns. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the service and wouldn't recommend City Parking to anyone looking for reliable and courteous parking services.

Very easy to reserve parking. The garage operates in an efficient manner.

pricing is competitive, but customer service was extremely poor. Valet agents had unfriendly and disrespectful attitudes.
