Our experience left really bad taste after attending performance here in Canada. On the first place the name was working well for us, but only name, nothing else was working out for us this time.
We have experience with circus back in my country and different teams were came in to my old city and beautiful circus to perform- those are was exceptional!

DECEPCIONANTE. Si te lo estas pensando NO VAYAS, NO PAGUES por algo así, el circo del sol ya no es lo que era, ahora te hacen 3 acrobacias básicas, una contorsionista y unos payasos con menos gracia que nada, expertos en hacerte perder el tiempo. 200€ tirados ( circo del sol Ovo en Madrid )

Estuvimos ayer 21 marzo 2036 y en el Movistar arena se pierde la cercanía. Se ve lejísimos pese a estar cerca, no merece la pena el dinero como dice mucha gente.
Y el show nada que ver de otros años el circo del sol, decepcionante!

Este año OVO Madrid lo han hecho en Movistar Arena. Fatal, Se pierde toda la cercanía que habia en la carpa del circo. Por ganar dinero lo han métido en un espacio enorme donde desde la grada extensible no ves nada y pagas como si fuera 1a línea. No se aprecia nada el vestuario ni el maquillaje. No volveré si lo siguen haciendo aquí. Ha sido una estafa. Es el 6 espctáculo al que asisto.

A penas ves las acrobacias. No se aprecia nada el vestuario ni el maquillaje. No volveré si lo siguen haciendo aquí. Es un dineral para no ver nada

Even worse the performance had a dark and unsettling theme of a technocratic dystopian future that is not appropriate for children!

Hoe kan ik zo’n prachtig exemplaar van toneel uitleggen, en dat dan ook nog eens op mijn vaders verjaardag! Alles was perfect, van de zang tot de acrobaten. Het leuke aan het toneel was dat er een diep verhaal in zat. Ze vertelden dit niet door te spreken, maar door emotionele gevoelens te tonen.
Ze combineerden humor met verdriet en blijheid. Ik had nog nooit zo’n mooie acrobatenshow gezien. Telkens als ze een truc deden, zat ik van angst te beven dat er iets fout zou gaan. De kostuums en het decor waren ook prachtig. Als ik de regisseur zou zijn, zou ik supertrots zijn op de hele bende die daar op het podium stond.

Hola pongo una estrella porque no puedo poner menos el espectaculo Kurios Gabinete des Curiosites en Sevilla ayer 21/02/26 fue una gran decepción un espectaculo lleno de poco contenido un robo a mano armada dos aguas a 8€ una Coca Cola a 5€ unas Palomitas a 8€ y un M&M a 5€ una estafa 26€ en total y los recuerdos por las nubes no lo recomiendo para nada son unos ladrones no merecen la fama que tienen Muchas Gracias un Saludo.

I remember it being very cool and well put together, but it didn’t quite have the “wow” factor I was expecting. Quite a lot of empty seats in the Royal Albert Hall - the tickets are too expensive. My daughter enjoyed it, which was the main thing, but personally I wouldn’t rush to go again. Given the price, I’d probably hesitate to recommend it. I also didn’t enjoy the sound track at all.

Pongo 1 estrella por que no puedo poner ninguna hoy me desplazo de un pueblo de jaén hasta sevilla con el día que hacía para ver curious a las 17:00 intentando devolver las entradas viendo la previsión del tiempo pero decían que como el espectáculo no se cancelaba no devuelven el dinero tras ir a sevilla nos presentamos en la puerta de las gran carpa a las 16:05 y un trabajador con un flayer nos dice que el espectáculo se acaba de cancelar vuelvete con todo el cabreo pensando la poca formalidad que tienen que podían avisar con un poco de tiempo ya que mucha gente se tiene que desplazar desde otras provincias nosotros 8h entre ida y vuelta por ejemplo con el peligro que hoy había cuando mirando en Internet descubro en una noticia de elcorreoweb.es
que lo sabían desde el día 6 de febrero a las 22:07 y lo ocultaron provocando desplazamientos peligrosos e innecesarios me parece una falta de empatia y profesionalidad enorme y lejos de pedir disculpas en instagram en la publicación de la cancelación del espectáculo 45min antes de la función no dejan poner comentarios y si los pones en otras publicaciones los borran no quieren comentarios críticos después de la jugada que han tenido no merecen la pena

Qué decepción! Un espectáculo más que normal. Lo peor: el circo invisible. Compramos de las mejores plazas, 126€ a persona, ilusionados. No lo recomendamos en absoluto.

Total waste of money, not a patch on the ones in vegas. No wow acts at all no suspense don’t waste your money.

He ido a ver el espectáculo Kurios y no me han gustado nada los números del circo invisible y no me ha parecido nada gracioso cuando han subido a una chica al escenario, ha resultado aburrido y de mal gusto, no entiendo cómo estos números estaban en este espectáculo, no tienen sentido. Entradas muy caras para el espectáculo ofrecido, aunque reconozco el buen trabajo de los acrobatas, son muy buenos. El hilo conductor de la historia un aburrimiento.

Disappointing. I remember the first time I went to Cirque de Soleil and was overwhelmed by the whole show but this time, I was definitely underwhelmed.
A lot of floor movements, dancing and so on and silly clowns, it seemed to me that they were just filling time between acts.
Performances were ‘good’ but lacked the ‘wow’ feeling. I think they have lost there way a little.

If I could have scored zero, I would have......

My husband and I attended the Wicked Wizard of Oz - A Cirque Spectacular at BP Pulse live on 22nd Dec. When we ordered the tickets, we specifically chose the VIP area. We selected Block A - Row A seats 27 and 28 so that we would be in the front row and at the end of an aisle. We paid £152.95 in total so that we could have the seats we wanted to sit in, in the area that would be best for us.

When we arrived, we were told by a member of staff from BP Pulse Live that our seats were no longer available (as were those of all of the people on the ends of the rows to the left and right of the stage) due to the show organisers changing the layout of the stage. (Not our problem!) She offered us some seats in the back row!! We told her that we did not want to sit at the back, as we had booked and paid for a front row seat. She told us to go and speak to the box office, which was absolutely pointless, because all they did was tell us the same as the lady who offered us the alternative seats. She gave us a slip of paper with an email address on it and said that we would need to email a complaint.

On our arrival home, (22-12-25) my husband sent an email explaining what had happened and requested that we be compensated. They have just responded (16-01-26) with an email that waffles on about their "legal responsibility" and that they haven't contravened their "standards of service" and therefore they will not be refunding any money to us or anyone else who was bitterly dissappointed with not having the seats they paid for and/or for the poor performance provided! So it seems that they do not even consider if they have upset their customers!

This was my response....
As a business owner, I fully understand the necessity to ensure that my customers are happy with what I do for them. This is why we have a large base of repeat customers, who request our service over and over. Because we give them exactly what they pay for. This, unfortunately, is not the case with you. I say this because, despite the fact that you did not provide the seats that we booked and paid for, you are also not at all concerned that many of your customers were upset and not happy with how they were treated or the poor standard of the show. It seems that you are actually more concerned with taking the time to get advice on whether or not you were "legally responsible" to provide your customers with a refund!!! This is shocking customer service. And because of the lack of empathy and lack of customer service we will not ever return to watch any of your shows (which I might add was very disappointing and definitely not worth money we spent on the tickets!) in any case and I am sure that after everyone has left you the relevant feedback via a review there will be lots more "potential" customers that you will have lost.

I hope that anyone considering attending one of their shows, has a re-think and looks for an alternative show where they will actually get what they paid for!! And hopefully enjoy the show......

Wat een teleurstelling

Heb al aardig wat CDS gezien maar nog nooit zo’n slechte, had net zo goed naar het plaatselijke Kerst Circus kunnen gaan.
Veel flauwe humor dingetjes en geen spectaculaire stunts
Kaartjes over de 100 euro, zakje popcorn 10 euro, niets gedaan aan de gladheid op het terrein waardoor mijn moeder van 92 niet eens normaal naar het toilet kon. Totaal bijna 300 euro kwijt voor een verschrikkelijke show.

Kurios.. een steampunk voorstelling met prachtige zangeres, kostuums, acrobatiek = klasse! en vondsten, dat moet gezegd! Het verhaal ging wat aan me voorbij, maar verder liep alles zeer geroutineerd. De artiest die tot tweemaal toe optrad met suggestie van leeuwen, acrobaten, papegaai etc. was flauw en langdradig…jammer! Ook de hele kleine man vond ik ongemakkelijk qua stem en waarom?…onduidelijk in zijn rol. Cirque du Soleil wil daarnaast duurzaam zijn…nog nooit zoveel rotzooi aan merchandising in een foyer gezien! Dure troep.. waarom toch? Grote deceptie waren ook de toiletten: voor gem. €160,- per ticket sta je buiten in de kou in de pauze lang te wachten! Het hagelde regelmatig deze avond..waarom geen stretchtent geplaatst boven deze sanitaire blokken? Dat kan zo in de NL winters met ook regen en wind echt niet voor dat geld. Tel daarbij een klein biertje voor €6,- op…Nou, dan krab ik me voor een tweede keer bezoek ooit wel even achter mijn oor!

Als je de kostuums wegdenkt een gemiddelde show van doorsnee circus. Vergeleken met Alegria een aanfluiting. Kan je beter naar een mooi kerstcircus gaan. 50 min (waarvan een soort van idioot langdradig kinderachtig verhaal) 25 min pauze en weer 40 min. Waarvan de helft nietszeggend. De acrobaten waren top 10 min. De slangenmeisjes waren top (10 min) en de vangnetshow. 15 min. De rest was flop. Dus absoluut geen waar voor je geld, geen rode draad geen verhaal.
