We had an amazing experience with Ciao Italy Tours. This was our first time in Italy so you never know what to expect. Every experience was spot on. We never had to wait or wonder if we were in the correct place. All of the guides we met were so friendly, warm, inviting and knowledgeable. When our flights were delayed and we ended up missing connections they were quick to reach out to make sure they had all updated info for our arrival. They were amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we had the trip of a lifetime!

I have worked with Fabiana on a few trips; she goes far above and beyond with her attention to trip details. She responds quickly, even when she is dealing with a personal emergency. Tina, their manager, is also on top of all things. I highly recommend Cio Italy Tours. You will be happy you chose them.

I have been working with Ciao Italy Tours for a while now and always have a great experience. Stefania was such a wonderful help with my family of 34 traveling to 3 different areas of Italy. Her attention to the details needed in organizing this perfect and amazing family vacation was so greatly appreciated! Thank you!

We would highly recommend Ciao Italy in planning your trip to Italy! This was our first trip to Italy from the USA and my husband’s first trip to Europe. Our driver was there to meet us at the airport upon arrival pointing out different sites along the way to our hotel. Trains and schedules were easy to follow. Our tours and guides were fantastic! Each guide was a native to the area we visited and gave us the experience of living like a local. And each tour provided us with a taste of the different sections of Rome. And all guides were experts in what they were showing us. Highlights include Vatican Museums and all the significant pieces of art. By explaining the Sistine Chapel before we went in we could experience it with the silence and respect one should do when entering this Chapel. Our guide to the Uffizi in Florence was a native to Florence and an art history major and her expertise and knowledge of the various paintings and rooms brought those pictures to life. The guides navigated us through all the construction for the jubilee and still were able to show us all the Piazzas and Fountains. The cooking class was phenomenal and gave us hands on experience of shopping in the market for our ingredients as well as making the food. He even treated us to breakfast as we walked to the cooking studio! We can’t wait to return to Italy and will definitely be using Ciao Italy to plan our next visit!!!🇮🇹❤️😃

My husband and I had the most amazing trip to Italy with the help of Ciao Italy Tours. We spent 3 weeks in Rome, Venice, Tuscany and the Amalfi Coast. Every hotel, tour and transportation was 100% exceptional and stress free. Could not have been more perfect!

We were extremely happy with with our tour of Italy arranged through Ciao Italy. All of the hotels were in wonderful locations with beautiful breakfasts. The included transfers were always on time, clean and exactly where they said they'd be.
Porter service, where planned, was very helpful. Train tickets and schedules were easy to follow and the reserved seats were in an excellent class of service.
I found them very easy to work with.

Thank you to our travel agent Aisha for setting this up with Ciao.

Ciao Italy is my go to for my clients and my own personal travel. Stefania goes over and beyond for me. We just returned from the Amalfi Coast and it was perfect. Our drivers and guides were excellent.
Thank you Stefania for all of your hard work for me and my clients.

Castello di Albola grounds were beautiful. Private cooking class (for four) was once-in-a-Lifetime experience thanks to host/interpreter (Isabella) and chef (Sarah). Professional, friendly & fun!

Private transfer Driver (Diego) — from Borgo San Luigi to vineyard with stop in Castellina en Chianti — was knowledgeable, courteous & very personable!

Highly recommend !!

Fantastic 10 day tour of Venice, Verona, and Cinque Terre. Everything was set up perfectly. We had an amazing time and many fantastic memories thanks to Ciao Tours and Lauren Rizzuto from Squire Travel in Cheshire, CT!!

I'm a travel advisor and Ciao Italy is my go to company when helping clients plan their trips to Italy! Why? Because Ciao Italy's reps are very responsive to my requests whether during the planning process or if something unexpected happens during travel-- they are just a WhatApp message away from assisting me and my clients. They propose quality, well located hotels in all price points right from the start so there's not a lot of back and forth. They offer a variety of appealing daytrips that are also fairly priced which ensure my clients have a memorable trip without breaking the bank. I've probably worked with them on close to ten Italy trips and won't hesitate to work with them in the future!

My party of 12 clients recently used Ciao Italy for all of their train travel and private transfers around Italy and they all said it was a seamless experience and were racing about their trip.

I love the Ciao Italy team and Sindi who has worked on several trips for me but this one had a LOT of intricate parts with multiple payments and she was outstanding in every way!

Love me some Ciao Italy!!

Very easy to work with Ciao Italy staff, especially Claudia. Always accommodating to questions and adjustments throughout and after the booking process. Looking forward to continuing this working relationship.

Just back from a trip of a lifetime to Italy. My husband and I enjoyed every minute from the moment we landed to the minute we left our last hotel. The tours and transport arranged by Ciao was nothing short of stellar and beyond top notch. Visiting different locations across 12 days with much to see and do, Ciao made the best arrangements for us to travel and see the site we wanted to without any hassle or stress. From NY to Milan to Florence to Rome and finally to Positano. We enjoyed the best travel and touring anyone could dream of. Every driver, every train ticket was perfectly arranged to take us where we needed with no stress. We felt spoiled! Donna was an amazing source of information and helped us pick the right tours that matched what we wanted to do and more importantly how we wanted to do it. From the first day to our last the drivers and tour guides were all so friendly and informative. Our hotels in every destination surpassed what we could have hoped for with the best accommodations and service. We felt like VIPs every day we spent in Italy and I could not imagine planning another trip without Ciao Italy!

We highly recommend Ciao Italy Tours. Matteo was a wonderful guide, and his expertise enabled us to pack in a lot in one day.

I highly recommend Donna at Ciao travel. She planned a perfect trip just the way we wanted she helped with by arranging all our train tickets and our tours. The hotel she picked were also beautiful and centrally located so we could walk to restaurants and shops. It was a wonderful two week trip where we celebrated our 50th anniversary.

We were very happy with all services provided by Ciao Italy. They arranged day tours for us and a 7 night trip for two of our group traveling by train from Venice to Rome. Hotels, transfers and all tours were great!

My family and I (12 people total) just came back from a family trip to Italy. We did Florence 3 nights, Rome 2 nights and Sorrento for 4 nights. Without question the greatest trip we have ever taken. Ciao Italy was simply amazing. Everything went as smooth as can be, from the first pick up at the airport in Florence to the train rides and transfers to and from, to the last pick up at 6AM in Sorrento. All the logistics involved they made it stress free, incredible, just incredible. I would use them again and would be crazy not to. If you're going to Italy, they are a MUST use, no question. I would recommend them 10 x over.
