Ciao Italy Tours Bewertungen

Ciao Italy does everything well. I have been trusting them with my custom Italy vacations for the past 35 years.
Guido is very accommodating. Tina answers all the questions I may ask her and Sindi, I am extremely impressed with. Every detail is precise, transfers, tour guides, hotel choices Ciao Italy recommends. I would be lost without this Company on my Italy trips.
I recently had two separate families, with children, on custom tours. I always check a few days into the trip with the clients to make certain all is going well.
Both families raved about the arrangements which Ciao Italy had prepared for them. Both families, upon their return, sent me thank you notes for "the best trip ever."
If I ask Sindi to prepare a Proposal and Quote for
a vacation trip, I never have to wait. I get it within one day of asking. She is very easy to work with as well, very knowledgeable on Italy. In all 40 years that I have been in the travel industry, Ciao Italy is the best tour operator to work with. I wish they sold
other destinations as well.

My absolute go-to for custom Italy trips for all of my clients. Responsive team, high-quality tours, and a sense of partnership all the way

Our Italy trip was an amazing experience. Ciao Italy tours when above and beyond in making this trip a memorable and fun time. From the hotels which were perfectly situated to main attractions and dining and shopping. They also made visiting attractions very simplified, and the tour guides were amazing. Thank you

I had the pleasure of working with Melissa from CIAO ITALY on planning a client’s trip to Italy. She was fantastic! My clients had the best time and are already interested in booking another adventure. Thank you!

Dear Ciao Italy,
We had the most amazing time in Italy! From the moment we stepped off the plane, everything was seamless—a chauffeur was waiting with a sign to greet us, which set the tone for the entire trip.
From a stunning sunset golf cart tour through Rome, to wine tasting and pizza-making experiences, to exploring the Cathedral and the Colosseum, every moment was unforgettable. We loved the gondola rides in Venice and touring the beautiful city of Florence—each destination was more breathtaking than the last.
This truly was a trip of a lifetime. From the incredible food to the beautiful hotels and outstanding customer service, everything exceeded our expectations. Ciao Italy did an exceptional job planning every detail.
We enjoyed it so much that we are already planning our next trip to Southern Italy this August—and we wouldn’t think of traveling with anyone other than Ciao Italy.
Thank you for everything!

The tour guides were extremely knowledgeable and we are very glad we did tours vs going on our own.

I just came back from a trip to Milan, Bologna, Verona and Lake Como. Viviane Gringer along with Ciao Italy Tours made an amazing trip for the 4 of us. Everything from our food tasting tour to our walking tour with Sara Brambilla in Verona was top notch. the hotels you chose were all centrally located and gave us excellent service. Thank you thank you. I will definitely refer you to all my friends!!

Rome is spectacular!! St Peter's Basilica is a must see. The only problem was the tour was not long enough for my family. There is just so much to ponder and view. We understand that there is a time frame but there just wasn't enough time to look and review all the Magnificent beauty! Christmas eve mass was a breathtaking experience with the Pope and others! If we had additional time, we would go back to experience not only the same pieces of art but even more that we were not able to review and reflect on.

Our trip to Italy was a trip of a lifetime! We arrived on Christmas Day, and it was such a special time to be in Rome. We stayed at the Palazzo Navona Hotel. We were centrally located near most of the monuments. They were only minutes away, and we felt completely safe. We rented a car to go visit family a few hours away from Rome, and the rental was seamless. All the tours we did were very personalized for the four of us. Each guide spoke very good English, were quite knowledgeable of the history of each site, and took the time to answer all our questions. When we return to Rome, we will DEFINITELY use Ciao Italy Tours again!

Our vacation was amazing thanks to Ciao Italy. Every day was something special, the tour guides were nothing less than perfect!! The hotels in Matera and Lecce were magnificent, food tastings were definitely a highlight of our vacation. Would highly recommend, not a single complaint!

Every tour guide was amazing. They were attentive, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. They were engaging and fun and involved everyone in the tour, noticing and catering to each persons interests. They were the best tour guides we could have asked for. We had Eduardo and Olympia for the Rome Golf Cart Tour and the Vatican, Andrea for the Florence walking tour, and Stefan for Venice

The entire team at Ciao has a wealth of knowledge and experience. I came to them with a rough draft of what I wanted. They took my ideas and created a fabulous trip for some very off-the-beaten path towns. They helped with hotels, city to city car services, sightseeing and even holiday dining arrangements. It turned into a flawless experience from planning to traveling. Not my first experience with Ciao and certainly not my last. A++

As a Travel Agent, I found working with Ciao Italy and Sindi to be such a pleasure! They were able to provide me with quality hotels and tours I had wanted to provide for my clients needs. The process of selection was quick and attentive and the documents easy for my clients to understand and navigate. In the end, my clients were absolutely thrilled with the entire vacation experience from start to finish. Pixie Lynne Marie

Muy agradecido por todo

The program was well thought out and set up/timed perfectly to match our pre-cruise schedule. Sindi was great to work with in the USA, providing excellent support and she quickly responded to emails/calls.
Tour guides and transfer escorts/drivers in Italy were excellent and very considerate of my group of older travelers. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend this company!

Our honeymoon to Italy was absolutely unforgettable! We visited Rome, Ischia, and Sorrento, and loved every single part of the trip. Each destination had its own perfect parts, from the incredible history and energy of Rome, to the relaxing beauty of Ischia, and the breathtaking views and romance of Sorrento.
Every detail was perfectly planned. All of the car services were flawless, always on time, professional, and comfortable. Our tour guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate, which made exploring each place even more special.
We truly wouldn’t have changed a single thing about this trip. It was the perfect mix of adventure, relaxation, and romance, it was everything we dreamed our honeymoon would be.

They gave us everything we asked for and more! Every hotel, every excursion, all drivers, tour guides and boat Captain were all wonderful. Our Amalfi Coast trip exceeded our expectations!!!! The travel agent even called us and changed an excursion to a different day due to bad weather. I would highly recommend Ciao Italy tours!

As a travel advisor, I have many options from which to choose for my clients' trips to Italy. I changed all of my Italy reservations to Ciao Italy as I trust them completely with my clients' bookings. They have gone above and beyond for me, and they have made me look like a rockstar to my clients.
