My Mum sadly passed last year and I was looking for something I could have close to me and remember her by. I found Chris Parry website and was sold straight away. I agonised for months over the beautiful pendants and which one would be most fitting.
So much care was taken from sending out the ashes pack to emails saying they had arrived safely.
I received my pendant this week and I'm over the moon, it is so beautiful and I will cherish it.
Chrs and his team have done an amazing job and for that I am truly grateful. Thank you.

Chris created a Ring and a Forget me Not Cross which each included Ashes from our wee dog Schilo, both items were of fantastic quality. The service provided was 1st class and very sympathetic to our loss.

I was looking for a piece of jewellery for my daughter that would have her grandads ashes in. I came across Chris's Web page and saw just the piece of jewellery I wanted at a reasonable price. I sent my order in and within 2 days received a package to send a spoonful of my Dads ashes in. I posted them back in the prepaid envelope and Chris emailed me to say he had received them. My daughters piece of jewellery arrived a few days later. From order to receipt of the jewellery was 6 days. Amazing service.

I recently ordered a memorial ring from Chris after losing my dog Pixie. The first really nice touch was when he sent through the prepaid envelope and super secure container for her ashes, he also included a sympathy card which was a nice touch and much appreciated. The process of ordering and submitting the ashes was painless and the surplus ashes were returned in a sealed container. The ring itself is beautiful. It’s a good weight, perfect fit and the inscription is the finishing touch. I’m delighted with my ring and very pleased with how easy the process was to buy it and submit the ashes. From the ashes collection to receiving my ring, everything was done with care and consideration, those special touches really make it quite something else and I was trusting my sisters ashes were being completely looked after. I absolutely love my ring, its a sad situation but a truly beautiful piece of jewellery that helps me feel her close when I'm wearing and looking at it.

I have a tiny silver tennis bracelet in a type of snake chain design that is very precious to me, as it was the one my Mum always wore.
I had sprained my wrist and put a bandage over it, but when I cut the bandage off with scissors, I forgot and cut straight through the bracelet.
I was looking for a new jeweller online, as the one in the High Street is gone now, and I found Chris Parry. I was impressed most by how bespoke everything he does is, and I thought, if anybody can repair my bracelet, it's this chap, so I fired off an email.
Chris was very happy to do the repair, and made it very easy for me; I am disabled and it's difficult to get over to him, although he's not too far from me, but Chris invited me to send my bracelet via Special Delivery, which was easy, he made a fantastic, invisible repair, and sent it back to me the same way.
I received a phonecall from his colleague, explaining the repair and the cost (which was extremely reasonable) and asking me if I wished him to go ahead, which I did, I also received an email from Chris personally, I was able to pay easily via BACS, and just had to wait a couple of days for the bracelet to be returned.
Since then, I have had a look at his website, and I am in awe of some of the things he does; I am very keen to visit the shop next time a car-ride is on offer!
I was highly impressed by the flexibility of the service, the flawlessness of the repair, the speed with which it was done, and the communication was excellent. Chris and his team are extremely friendly, nothing is too big or indeed, in my case, too small for them to bother themselves with. This bracelet has great sentimental value for me and I'd have paid a lot to get it fixed, but I didn't have to, and the result is outstanding on such a tricky type of chain.
From time to time, I have need of a good jeweller, and Chris is the one I will turn to from now on.
VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
