I mean wow, what a roller coaster ride. All of us ride that coaster once in a while. I was “privileged” to take a journey on the Chipnwin coaster this weekend. Obviously it started low - that’s me, very observant and very mad because even though I hit or won a spin, they didn’t pay me. When your play funds are depleted you can easily open your wallet choose “convert funds” or “redeem”, If you are converting funds you are given the option of 25, 50, 75 and 100 percent of your winnings amount you want converted into play funds. SURPRISE! This process costs big time…in gold coins! Yes, I couldn’t believe that someone was smart enough to finally give a reason or purpose for buying digital or virtual casino gold coins not worth a squat. Even more surprising is if you push the right buttons this process can be completed IN BETWEEN BLACKJACK HANDS. No fuss, no muss. Now, if you decide you are done wagering for the day simply select redeem, where to deposit to and enter the amount. I requested my redemption on Saturday and on Sunday I received an email explaining my funds would be available for withdraw from my bank in 30 minutes. You can’t beat it - yes they can. It was ok. The sweeps are weird and don’t just add on to your total as you win them. You have to do an extra step and convert them to your playable sweeps, which I actually liked that, UNTIL I was playing a game and my winnings weren’t being added properly to the winning section of the sweeps. So I blew through money and when I went to convert the winnings they were not there. Should have been at least $50. When I reached out to support about it they answered back but didn’t refund my money, my winnings, or even offer me some sort of bonus. I won’t be spending a dime at this sweeps casino again. There’s way better out there.

Ok so the reason I give this platform a 3 star is because of the service I receive from the personal manager that I encounter when I need to interact with questions about my redemption and all I keep getting was feedback of the rules that I signed when I signed up but they were not listening to my concerns but I contacted customer support through email and I pleasantly surprised on how much of a difference I received in the service they better communication and concerned and and got the issue resolved easily otherwise I have no problem with this platform the games are fun they have multiple to choose from

Horrible Customer Service with deceptive practices. I was not informed about the 40 SC limitation until after my redemption was being pushed through. Now, that's fine. If everything is above the board and clear, it would not matter.

Yet every single day that I login, it feels like they have new updates to there Terms of Service in some capacity. Sneaking in new things, and placing new rules that the general player base isn't going to want to read through.

And one of these hidden rules is on their 'free' daily rewards. Denying access to the full amount, and limiting players to only 40. Which means, they will deny it. And opt to force a redemption with your FULL BALANCE. Not just the 40, or the minimum of 100. But everything you have earned will be liquidated out because they just feel like it.

Chip N Win is a fraud of a sweep-casino. Do not play here. Period.

I signed up for this website recently. I started playing some games and got pretty lucky and was able to cashout with more than what I bought in for. Unfortunately my account got immediately banned as soon as my redemption was reviewed. I was told I broke terms and services??? For buying things offered to me and playing games offered to me??? What is the point of the website if not that? Support is ghosting me and I dont know what to do now, im out over $500. Extremely dissapointing to see this kind of action within the SweepStakes community. Please don't sign-up for this website. There are plently of reputable sites to play on such as CrownCoinsCasino, Modo, Stake, and the list goes on.

This is an awful social casino. There's no way to cash out. According to the personal manager, coins earned using crystal wheel, visiting rewards, and quests are limited to a maximum redemption of 40. So, in other words you will not be able to redeem it. The minimum redemption amount is 100 dollars and 50 dollars for a gift card. This site is purposely deceptive. When you try to redeem, it allows you to request the full winning balance but then your redemption be rejected if you won the balance with free SC. It doesn't make any sense. Chip N Win is a big waste of time.

Legit, decent variety of games. Made a $20 deposit, cashed out $240 and received it in less than 24 hours. And the thing I love most is that I even received a follow up email from them just to check in and make sure everything went okay. That's rare. Definitely recommend this casino.
