I’d highly recommend Child & Child. From the first time we to our solicitor, Benny, she was incredibly attentive, helpful and reassuring, and as first time buyers, she helped to make the whole process as easy as it could be. You often hear about solicitors being slow and difficult, that’s certainly not the experience we had with Benny.

The team are very professional and great to deal with.

I really feel that the C&C team went above and beyond to meet our expectations and help is complete on time.

I would like to share the experience I had with Child & Child, in particular with their property solicitors - Anouska Kapur (head of the residential real estate) and Jada Gordon.

I was working with Child & Child on a property deal and some time after the deal was completed I tried to get the deal-related documents from them. This turned out to be completely impossible! For several months already I am trying to get these documents and most of the time my e-mails are simply ignored. Once in a while they chose to reply, but this was of little help. Just couple of examples: (1) after numerous requests they managed to find some documents (not all!) and send them to me via post, however the package never arrived and they refuse to provide any information about this package for two weeks already; (2) some documents cannot be found (which is already pretty bad!) and I requested them to get copies from the Land Registry - they promised to do this back in June 24 (so more than two months ago) and despite my several follow ups with them they keep complete silence regarding this.

Anouska Kapur is an extremely irresponsible and unprofessional person and given that she is the head of their residential real estate department I recommend to choose a different firm as your property solicitors!

Stay away from them if you can!
