I did wonder if I'd done the right thing ordering from them given the negative reviews on here but I needn't have worried - my CD of Dream Into Action by Howard Jones arrived on time, in perfect condition and had the lowest price I could find online so no complaints from me. Tracking information was clearly provided too.

Order placed one February for a new record available on early March. Never received on April 18th and I opened a claim. They answered that I will be shipped next week, but there has still been no delivery for 4 weeks! And I've opened a second claim and look after the legal issue to get my money back !

Placed an order. I contacted them about a week later to see why it hasn't been despatched . A day later got a reply finally. Saying the warehouse forgot and didn't see my order. So they said it will be processed today and despatched 4 days later. Really. I ordered something from America. Arrived sooner. Asked for refund got no teply

I was unfortunate to receive a dodgy copy of Rick Wakeman's limited edition new album. Sadly, there were very obvious vinyl pressing issue. Cherry Red had this resolved in just 72 hours - replacement sent & return postage reimbursed. I couldn't have asked for better service. Oh, and the replacement was 100% perfect!
Careful with ordering from these guys
Careful with ordering from these guys, specially if they claim to have a restock or "found more copies" of a product. There is a 100% chance you will get an "On Demand CD" which in reality is a CDr. There is a huge list over on Discogs over people who have been scammed by them, and its all well worth reading, considering Cherry Red claims they don`t operate like this.....Sad. I could write more about how i got scammed by ordering CDs from them and receiving CDr`s. If they keep on doing this buisiness i will never order from the ever again, and why can`t they just write in the product information "This is a CDr" instead of sending you a sealed CD, where you have no chance of knowing what you receive. Very sad, cause the label release alot of fantastic music, and most of the time, these things doesnt happen, but when i have received 4 CDr`s just this YEAR, and paying premium, plus high postage, toll money ect, makes me really sad, and the sad fact they are REFUSING they send out Cdr`s is just sad. Id look up : discogs cherry red cdr on a google search, before approching this page. You are warned !
Cherry Red is bright on how they scam you
I recently fell victim to an online scam through a promotion on Cherry Red's Facebook page. In April, I purchased an album for $58, which included guaranteed shipping and tracking. The album was supposed to arrive in June after shipping in May. However, the catch is that you have to wait 60 days before you can dispute a missing item from an online purchase. This means you have to handle the transaction directly with the merchant. The problem is, the merchant doesn't respond to any emails or messages on Facebook. Essentially, you're left ripped off without getting your money back. Buyer beware!
Joke of a company that really isn't that funny 😐
Ordered a record lp on 28th of March the first problem I encountered was they didn't send me confirmation of my order after purchasing it as there computer system had a glych.
The order went through the following day I contacted them on the 3rd of April asking about delivery time to be told they will be sending it out to me the following day.
They sent me an email on the 10th of April saying that they had sold out of stock & they would have to refund me for the item I said that at the time of me ordering the record their was no mention of item being sold out I questioned how could it have been out of stock when I was informed it was being posted out to me on the 4th of April I was then informed that the information I was given was incorrect.
They have just issued me with a refund over 2 weeks after placing my order.
I would advise anybody thinking of using this company should steer well clear of them & not to be tempted by their cheap prices I really wish I had read these other reviews before purchasing I also wonder if they had any actual stock in the first place.🤔

Paid for signed edition and didn't get it but did in the end
I ordered Toyah Anthem with signed card the day it was announced. To my horror, package turns up with no signed card. The invoice states I ordered it 30th August. Strange as I have email confirmation on 26th June. I am really angry by this as I missed out on every single signed copy before and since.
So I emailed then, explained the situation. Was pleasantly surprised when they said they would source a signed card for me. Which they did and it's turned up.
No reply to emails, no interest in custom
I have written 3 emails to this company to the queries email address shown on their website.
I have had a few questions regarding CD box sets I was interested in.
No reply to any communication at all.
In 2021 this is a poor way to run a business.

Cherry Red Records had a 10% off from 30/7 to 2/8 2021. If one wrote in ”SUMMERSMASH10” in the order, one got the 10% off.
I ordered on 1/8.
There was no where it said that I would be given the 10% off. I payed full price.
I wrote to the company, but nothing happened.
