It can't be a coincidence since I'm not the only one. Why don't I have any problems with overcharges or banning on SexyJM.com
but here on Cherry I have had nothing but issues. Moreover three channels won't load (I tried to load them at different times in several browsers as well as on my phone) and nothing worked. The most annoying thing is that there is no one there to help customers resolve these issues. So the platform is rather dead than alive.

I am a user of the Cherry.tv affiliate programme, but the platform is closing down and has not said anything about payments to affiliates. It has only sent a statement to models and users, not to affiliates.

I have tried to contact them, but some employees have already been made redundant and are unable to help. I have also tried contacting some of the public email addresses listed on their website, but they are not responding to messages.

I am demanding a response from Cherry.tv; otherwise, I will investigate how to file a complaint with the Luxembourg authorities for non-payment.

2 days ago I bought tokens, my account was banned after paying and now support doesn't respond to my email. I've sent more than 9 emails and none of them are answered.

CherryTV it's a very good streaming plataform to chat, interact and enjoy with your favorite models. You just have to have enough money to spend on tokens to have an amazing experience. I was banned whilst operating on another stream but having the cam open. When I asked why, I was told it was for wearing fake breasts.

I said I was on hormones and used silicone enhancers and was then told I would be unbanned.

I pursued asking why I was banned without notice or conversation and was stone walled and made to feel subhuman. I was called out for using a "real" woman's photo on my profile, despite that photo being me, and had to explain why I was quitting my current job due to not being able to present as myself there, and have to essentially justify my gender and body to someone who had no apparent empathy and refused to discuss or explain anything, just stating contradicting reasons for their behaviours.

Utterly ludicrous. Utterly repulsive.

I like to feel dehumanised and cheap, but not how they've made me feel. Sickening, depressive, disgusting.

I recently purchased Cherry TV thrugh.Me.Patel. This is the most unresponsive provider I have dealt with. I have reportef about several channels not able to load and you never see any results otherthan a message " already reported to the server group about your issue". It is a waste of my investment and will never recommend Cherry TV through this provider.

This is honestly a great live cam community, many interesting models from a multitude of different countries. Here you can talk to the models and have fun by first choosing a category that interests you. I would say that 9/10 times the models are very respectable and enjoy seeing their clients leave happy. The support team is also superb and very helpful and care about their customers concerns and will go above and beyond to solve your problem/issue(**shoutout to Elaine and Rose from support 5 stars**). I have been using their services for some time now and will say this is a top tier live cam website that you should check out if you are looking for a safe space to chat and unwind after a stressful day.
