Our packer, Ricky was on time and worked at breakneck speed, consulting us at every stage.
Our removal team of Connor, Jack and Ben all lead by Craig were the kind of team you want on a stressful day. They worked hard, overcame problem’s, and made it clear from the off that it was their job to do the stressing for us. Top bunch.

Ricky, Craig and the team were amazing. We booked the packing service too.

From the first home visit to the removal day we felt very confident with Chelmsford removals. On the day Dave and Bill were very friendly and quickly had our contents moved and in the lorry totally stress free.

It was the most efficient move. I would like to thank Steve, Wayne and Mick for all the hard work and dedication to helping especially with the marble table. Very professional and wonderful resource!!

Nothing was too much trouble, and what could have been a stressful day was made incredibly straightforward. Reliable, efficient and friendly — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nick and Steve .

Brilliant service from Craig & Connor. Very friendly and efficient would definitely recommend 😊

I would certainly recommend this company for your removals. I had a superb experience on the day of my removal. Right from the start of the process, survey, booking and to final removal this company is efficient and very professional. It makes such a difference to the day to get a good removal firm such as Chelmsford Removals on the day. The guys who did the removal (James S, Luke Mayo and Miles) were prompt, very professional, friendly and with a good sense of humour. They went beyond the call of duty on the day when the other households removal firm failed to turn up early and everything was still in the house. Anyway we finally got into our new home and these guys made the whole day easy even with the difficulties we faced. I would certainly use them again for my removals it's worth paying for decent service and a good company.

They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish and I can’t recommend them enough. My moving team were Dave, Bill, Connor and Aaron D. and they were wonderful. They showed genuine care for my furniture and were so friendly and polite. I know they must do this every day but they still showed so much enthusiasm for the job and were keen to help in any way they could. Moving house can be very stressful but their help with getting my house packed up and transported took away a huge amount of pressure. I will be recommending them to friends and family moving house in the future. Thank you again for your help.

First class service, Luke Mayo and Mick were absolutely brilliant. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

The entire process from booking to delivery of our furniture at our new address was handled with professionalism and efficiency leaving us very satisfied. Special mention goes to the loading crew including Mick, Craig, Luke, Nick and Steve W whose expertise in Jenga ensured that all of our possessions were loaded into one truck. Mick and Craig then worked tirelessly to deliver our possessions with care into our new home, going the extra mile to make sure that we were happy. I would recommend this firm in a heartbeat.
