We ordered pizza dough for my nephews 1st birthday party.
Delivery was perfect.
We were unsure about how to defrost and keep them ready so they would be perfect for the time we needed to serve them up! James was absolutely amazing in responding to our late night panic!!
He called us up as well in the morning, and explained step by step, something not anyone would do to ensure the perfect customer service, and we were
satisfied and not panicked!!
He also checked in on us throughout the day to make sure we were okay and asked for some pictures. However they were such a HIT and DELICIOUS that we forgot to take the pictures!!
Amazing service and delicious and easy to use dough!! Would highly recommend them for anyone wanting authentic Italian pizza dough!!

This is an excellent company offering traditional good service that is seriously missing from other companies that have got too big for their boots. Good pricing and incentives, excellent communications, and attention to detail is very good. I would have no hesitation in recommending Chefs for Foodies, and they will go on my “trusted retailer” list as they provide a service others cannot.

I dealt with a lady called Silvia. Her communication was prompt and efficient. Top quality service and a great overall experience. I would highly recommend this company.

Slight mishap with the first delivery but everything was very quickly sorted out by the owner and it was fantastic. The dough, sauce and all other ingredients were amazing and we really enjoyed the pizza. will be ordering on a weekly basis

We decided to make pizza part of our wedding day (because honestly, is there anything more romantic than cheese and pepperoni?), and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. The dough was absolutely perfect—soft, chewy, and just the right amount of crisp when baked. The pepperoni? Let’s just say it disappeared faster than the prosecco.

What really stood out, though, was the customer service. From start to finish it was genuinely world-class—warm, attentive, and they went above and beyond to make sure our order arrived on time for the big day. The dedication was so impressive, you’d think they were catering royalty rather than two pizza-obsessed newlyweds.

And then the cherry on top: a thoughtful bottle of fizz tucked in with the delivery. That little gesture meant so much and made us feel truly celebrated.

We couldn’t recommend them more highly. We’ll 100% be re-ordering (though next time we don’t need the excuse of a wedding—date night will do just fine!).

Great quality at a competitive price.

Ordered 24 pizza doughs following previous order of 12 great doughs. Arrived defrosted and majority of doughs squashed, packaging terrible and very disappointing. Accept that dough maybe slightly defrosted but these were almost completely defrosted and squashed almost flat! Used some at the weekend, defrosted overnight and tried to get dough out of packing was difficult, part of dough left in packaging due to them being squashed. Pizzas were great so the quality of the dough still good but overall experience when spending so much is not great.

Update: increased to 4 stars, quality of the dough is outstanding and effort made my the company appreciated.

I just wanted to say thanks to the team for taking some of the stress out of my Christmas this year, having just come out of hospital after an unplanned and prolonged stay I was pretty behind on Christmas. The Chefs for Foodies Christmas box came with everything I needed to make a fantastic family roast. I just added a few parsnips and some pre-prepped red cabbage and greens to the mix!

The box, instructions and quality of food were excellent and I was told it was the best Christmas dinner yet!

And what’s best…there’s plenty left over for tomorrow which will relieve me of cooking duties this Boxing Day day.

I had a mixed experience with Chefs For Foodies. While the dumplings were quite flavoursome and of good quality, the granola was decent but not extraordinary. The customer service was attentive, with James offering great support. The sourdough pizza balls worked well for making pizzas at home. Overall, Chefs For Foodies offers a reasonable selection, though not everything stood out for me. Three stars.

Absolutely gorgeous, I ordered 4 different flavours of dumplings and tried a few of each last night and they were amazing, I didn't expect them to be so flavoursome, they were restaurant quality!!

I'm so excited to see what else is in their store because these blew me away at the quality and price!

I would definitely buy of this company again, great communication & excellent customer service.

OMG amazing this new granola, divine like heaven and particularly for me worked super well because I'm bariatric patient and I can't have this type of food but this one is the best of the best. Highly recommended besides all the products the company offers that are 5 stars.

The latest granola was the ideal to start the day. I bought the chocolate version, and it added just the right level of natural sweetness as the packet versions are often too sweet, meaning you can’t finish a full bowl and lose out on the ingredients. Highly recommend.

I ordered soup dumplings which never arrived, however Silvia contacted me regarding the delivery and she was excellent, absolutely brilliant with staying in contact regarding the package. She notified me that where I’m based the dumplings couldn’t get here in time and has put through my refund. Even though I never received the dumplings - I’ll still 100 try order something else when appropriate, thanks Silvia for your incredible customer service :)

Cannot stress how easy these guys are to deal with. Wanted to make sure I got the pizza dough sorted for our wedding weekend and dealt with James. They all went above and beyond and explained in detail on the phone the best methods to make sure it was fresh and ready to go when we needed it. Quick and clear communication throughout. Awesome!

I called today in the off-chance that I could collect a Thermapen. James who answered my call was incredibly helpful and said I could come and collect it. I was put in contact with Michelle who again was amazingly helpful ... Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you both for the best customer care experience 😊
