Cheetah Transformation Ltd Bewertungen

Working with Cheetah has been a pleasure. Youssef and Emna listened to our needs, provided options, advised on best practices, had patience while we clarified our process, and completed the project on budget. They were attentive and responsive to all our needs.

Cheetah have helped us materially improve efficiency in dealing with the financial management of our real estate projects. Lindsay Dunwoody, Joanne Kane & Rob Eberstein were excellent to deal with, clearly understood our requirements and delivered their Smartsheet solutions with ease. I am more than happy to endorse their solutions and have already done so to many peers.

Smartsheet is no doubt one of the best project management tool I have come across, it not only has the best ways to capture & organize information across projects & portfolio but also has pre-defined templates that makes our work so much efficient. I also want to thank Gary Thornton for giving us the much-needed guidance & help in critical times. Great work overall!

Cheetah Transformation provided exceptional support and adapted perfectly to my needs. Their team was incredibly efficient, taking diligent notes and promptly completing all tasks. Youssef, in particular, was a pleasure to work with; he went above and beyond in delivering outstanding technical service. Highly recommended!

Working with the Cheetah team, particularly with Martin has been great.
He's dedicated, fast, and sharp. We worked together to set up Smartsheet to manage the PMO for my company. We ended up with a clean and well-automated flow, we're pretty happy with it.

I spent some time with Alison Robb at Smartsheet Engage London. A revolutionary hour learning new tips which will optimise how I work and the power of Smartsheet's. Alison is awesome!

I've had the pleasure of working with Cheetah for the past two years, and they are exceptional in every aspect of their service. From consultation to configuration, training, and overall expertise, they have consistently met my expectations. They took the time to understand our business needs and provided tailored solutions that fit our requirements. Their depth of knowledge and experience is impressive.

When it comes to configuration, Youssef is meticulous in his approach for optimal performance.

Joanne has a knack for simplifying complex concepts and making them easily understandable.

Overall, if you're looking for a reliable partner to provide consultation, configuration, training, and guidance, look no further - Cheetah are simply the best in the business!

Good listeners, pro-active workers, and a pleasure to work with, Cheetah Transformation provided valued insight, advice, and consultancy throughout our engagement on an IT Project.

Working with Cheetah for Smartsheet implementation in a 300+ Biotech Company is a real pleasure.
They provide tailored solutions that help teams and company improve their daily work as well as decision making.
Since 2019, I feel a real collaborative work as Cheetah is available, responsive and help you challenge you to help get the most of the Smartsheet platform.

Top of the line service!
Very easy to work with either you're looking to
developing new solutions, adapting/configurating existing sheets, and/or making it all work together.

When finished with the solution the support is 10/10!

As a charity it was important to us that we worked with a partner who understood our dynamics. Working with Cheetah was great. Our partner really got us and what we were looking to achieve, was responsive and worked with us, guiding us to build a solution that not only met our requirements but also future proofed for any build work we may wish to do in the future.

Aside from the build of the solution Cheetah also supported our team with lots of invaluable learning.

All in all a great experience and would definitely recommend Cheetah for any Smartsheet projects.

Working with Cheetah was fantastic. We worked with them over the course of 2023 and was very happy with the deliverables. We are based in the United States and time was never a factor. Actually, I enjoyed knowing that our project was making progress even as I was sleeping. The staff is easy and understands the nuance of our workflows and process. I highly recommend this efficient and professional group for all your Smartsheet projects.

5 star services, from start to finish.

As a specialist fit out business, it is extremely hard to find a solution that is compatible with our processes & vision.

What Cheetah have delivered, has surpass our expectations and I'm excited to see the improvements this will make to our business, and for our delivery partners and clients.

Cheetah team have supported us, all the way and been a great bunch of people to work with. We look forward to phase 2, later this year where we introduce other departments & our quality management system integrated into our PMS.

I would like to give a special mention, to Rob, Gary, Youssef, and Alison for all their support on this journey.

Gary & Youssef, thanks for putting up with me, we appreciate all your hard work, to provide such an amazing solution that will elevate our business against our competition.

See you on Phase 2!

We had a solid experience with Cheetah - they supported us in negotiations and conversations with Smartsheet, they looked out for their customers, and came to a timely resolution. Would very much recommend. Rob and Helen in particular were very helpful.

I had the pleasure of working with CheetahTransformation Company's consultants (Martin Silva), and I am thoroughly impressed. Their strategic insights and practical solutions have brought about remarkable positive changes in our organization. Their expertise is truly commendable, and I highly recommend their consultancy services. Kudos to the CheetahTransformation team!

We wanted to update our project and resource management process in the company and we decided to go on with Smartsheet and Cheetah for the implementation. We worked very close with Joanne and we built a very nice system which has met our requirements and it has been well received by the colleagues and the Executive team. Joanne was listening to our requirements and provided good solutions while the communication was great. Thank you to Rob and Joanne and we look forward to continuing our work with you.

I've worked with SmartSheet in-house developer teams on a significant corporate / enterprise level build. By comparison (working with Cheetah on tools for my own business) they are way more productive; far less talking and overhead time, just fast, efficient, quality work from a short brief with nothing but constructive queries. They are as good as everyone else has said :o)

Listens to customer requirements and good at maintaining regular communication. Excellent project control; all documentation was updated promptly and comprehensively. Youssef's technical knowledge was amazing and he always came up with creative workaround solutions where one was needed. Solution built has totally met our requirements and has been well received by the wider team. Thank you to Joanne and Youssef!

I find Cheetah very responsive and knowledgeable on Smartsheet, they work as a partner understanding your requirements and delivering working solutions, very happy with engagement.

Working with Cheetah Transformation has by far been the best experience in my entire career. They are very responsive, always available and willing to work around my schedule due to time zone differences, and mostly, they truly are experts in their field. The lead developer, Youssef, took my very complex, often times vague requirements, and developed a solution that far exceeds my expectations. The solution provides insight into our business that was never thought possible and will absolutely provide a cost savings as we mature the system.

We did experience some technical issues deploying Control Center and Cheetah Transformation was more helpful and responsive in addressing and closing out the issue than SmartSheet Tier 3 support.

I am extremely grateful for the partnership, their experience, knowledge, determination, and resourcefulness. Very highly recommend Cheetah Transformation.
