We booked the flight to Paris one month ago. Suddenly my wife got sick and surgery. So I have to come back home early than the return date. I called cheapoair and they told us that they could change with fee. We agreed but what they did first day they told me cad 350 and I have to wait 24 hours to confirm. After 24 hours, I called they say cad 540 and wait 24 hours to confirm. After 24 hours, I called them they said cad 678. Customers don’t book tickets through the cheapoair service, you will lose money and time. This is from my experience.

I booked a flight from a to b and they stuck in c which I didn't notice.
They -cheapo would not reimburse me even though I had cancel insurance and I quickly canceled and booked from the correct airport.
It was all of 5 minutes. I called their help centre and that was useless. Don't waste your money here.
I basically got charged double for my flight. I should have gone straight to the airline and booked direct.

She was calm, helpful and very professional staff Luciana did a great job.

I do all my bookings on cheap o air. Really love this booking site. They have great customer service and they are always trying to give their clients the best offer. If you have not yet used cheap o air, you should start.

Language barrier.did not understand or heard one Word that was said.you should hire people that can speak good english

I was very easy in booking a flight to cheapoair website

When I was booking my flight online,
1) I was unable to correct a typo and found the website confusing as it ended up booking thought CheapOAir. When I contacted them about the typo, I was told I had to pay for them to make the correction.
2) I know that when I selected New Brunswick, I was starting to get emails for St. John's. When I realized that this was Newfoundland not New Brunswick, I phoned. The person told me that I had selected the airport code for NL. I informed the person I did not know the codes for the airports and he was very persistent that I had made the error when I know for a fact that I had selected St. John New Brunswick. When the correction was made, the person told me it would be an additional $217. I told him I could not pay that amount. he managed to lower the cost. My point is why should I have paid an additional amount when it was not my error!!!
The person I spoke to was about to suggest additional costs, for instance for baggage. I told him I did not know what size of baggage I will be travelling with and will look after this later. I was not happy with the person's attitude and customer service.
