MSP- dropped us at one location
MSP- dropped us at one location, email had zero instructions on finding shuttle to go back to Doubletree (our car). Called in took forever to get someone on the phone. He told me it is the airlines responsibility to tell us where our shuttle is & the shuttle/parking company has no responsibility to get us back to the hotel/parking. He told me to ask a police officer. From MSP baggage claim, follow ground transportation, then HOTEL SHUTTLE (not ever given in any communication) then sit and wait in a totally different spot!!! Took use over 2 hours to get on the shuttle. I would not use them again.

My family of five was strides at the airport for over an hour and a half. We finally took an Uber and asked to be reimbursed but was told they do not do that. They also stopped answering the phones.
When I called the next day they claimed that the hold up was because of traffic. The Uber driver claimed otherwise. We picked up dirty car that someone had hit in the front and drove home on 95 and the blue route and had no traffic problems..
My wife and I are in our late 70’s and fly around five times a year and have never seen such a poorly run shoddy operation . Better to pay a few dollars more.
Regularly overbook the parking lots
This is some of the worst customer experience I've ever received. They overbooked the parking lot but did not tell me before arrival, forcing me to find a last minute alternative at a much higher price. They then refused to compensate me for the difference after repeatedly lying about the order of events. They overbook so frequently that the hotel I had originally reserved a spot at no longer accepts their reservations.
You get what you pay for
You get what you pay for. I paid about $40 for 6 days at the days inn. Parking lot was dimly lit (be careful ladies), but I found parking on the side of the hotel. I waited about 30 minutes before a shuttle arrived. The driver was very friendly and helpful. The vehicle was very old and ummm… let’s leave it there. I got to the airport on time. When I returned to the states and as soon as I collected my luggage (10:17pm), I called the number in the email. It took 40 minutes to the minute for them to arrive. The site says the shuttle comes as you request it, I didnt arrive to my vehicle until 11:13pm. Vehicle was the same kind of condition, and the vehicle was jam packed. There honestly was no convenience, when you weigh the time you wait and the location. But, you can see for yourself this is just my experience. I won’t do it again.

DO NOT BOOK. I booked a reservation that WASNT OPEN for the hours I booked it. Arrived to a locked parking garage and none of the phone numbers provided would pick up. Nothing in the reservation description said they were closed at certain hours. I’ve been emailing back and forth with who I can only assume is a scammer trying to get a refund. HORRIBLY frustrating. Scam website.
Not worth it
I had a reservation that ended at 1:00 am on Tue April 16, 2024. I was 50 minutes late by the time I got to the exit gate and was charged an additional $6 before I could exit. I don't think it was right to charge me for many reasons. First of all, the parking was overbooked when I checked in so I had to leave my keys with the parking attendant. I really had no choice because I didn't want to risk losing my flight. He assured me that they would park it when a spot became available. When I returned 3 days later I ran into more issues. First of all, I was at the terminal for almost 30 minutes before the shuttle came. I had to call the number from the shuttle because it took them a long time. Then when we got to the gate of the parking structure there was no attendant there to give us our keys so we waited again. Finally, WE took the initiative to look for someone to get our keys. We found him sitting in the office by the exit gate watching us on the camera, but never getting up to attempt to help us. When he finally gave us the keys, he never got out of that chair, he just rolled in it back and forth. Our car was parked on the 4th floor blocking cars even though there were so many spaces open at this point. It was never moved into a spot like they said they would. So yeah I'm 50 minutes late, but only because of the workers at this parking structure. Had I put the checkout time to 2:00am, it would have been the same price that I originally paid so I should not have to pay extra for them to open the gate for me!! It was unfair and I even pressed the Help Button at the exit kiosk and was told I still had to pay. I felt like I was ripped off.

Web site was challenging- ended up booking twice, but called customer service and they fixed it right away. it had to be through WAY app, which was confusing, but i verified that it did book where i wanted to book. (clearly i will confirm with that parking spot just to be sure based on reviews)

Really Bad! - Skip This Service
TOTAL BS ... don't waste your time. I selected my preferred parking site and their website completed the charge on my card only to then find I had been slotted into some OTHER location. So, a phone call got me a refund confirmation - but they still wait 7-10 days to execute the refund. I'll bet you can guess their reason for this: they have a policy!!! Their representative only speaks "Pakastani" English... if you can call it that. Good luck but I will never use this service again. VERY BAD

Because it was a Wyndham/ Super 8 Motel I assumed it would be decent. It was the sketchiest place with dirty, broken pavement. I don’t have a valuable car but there was no way I would leave it there.
The refund policy “guarantees” that you’re out of luck because you don’t know how bad it is until you show up and then you can’t cancel. They withheld the information that there was no shuttle service at all until after I paid.
There are about 50 5 star reviews for it which have to be fraudulent. No reviews with less than 5 stars even though it looks like a junkyard.
SCAM - You WILL be stranded at airport!!
The [DoubleTree] hotel that provided the parking via cheapestairportparking.com took their phone off the hook so that calls could not come through to request the airport shuttle back to their lot! Total SCAM! Hotel said they could not refund the cost of transportation back to the lot because the parking/ shuttle service was billed through cheapestairportparking.com. You've Been Warned!!!
Chance of Getting Stranded at Airport
My experience is from parking at Quality Inn-St. Louis Airport (1/2 mile from the airport). First, I missed the shuttle to the airport after I parked. I was told that the shuttle left at 7:45am. I had to wait for the next shuttle which runs every 30 min. The driver told me that the shuttle arrived at the airport at that time and wasn't the departure time. Other people also missed the shuttle and were told the same thing about departure time. After returning from my travels, I was told to wait at a particular door and to wait outside for the shuttle. The temperature dropped to mid 50s. I called and the shuttle never came. I called 9 times. I was transferred, hung up on and calls disconnected. I was reassured multiple times that the shuttle was on the way. I called the same day change phone number. They called the local location and I still didn't get picked up. After 2 hours waiting and no ride, I called the main number back and said that I needed a refund because i had to find my own way back. I was told that there were no refunds because I had already parked and I agreed to no refunds when i prepaid. I told them I was guaranteed a ride back to my car. The representative said no refunds after I park. I paid a different company for a ride to my car.
Cheap but Not Great
I waited for the return minibus for over an hour before I gave up and got a Lyft to take me back to the Comfort Inn. Parking was cheap, but was totally unsupervised in their open parking lot. They asked us to park in the back because they were paving the front lot, but when I returned my car was in the front lot (towed) with a sticker admonishing me for parking in the lot.
Dishonorable Company
I booked a parking spot through Cheapestairportparking (The Way) in mid July at a Motel 6 near Seatac airport. After I checked in to the parking, I was informed that they did not have the courtesy transport available (as was advertised on the site). So I immediately departed and determining that it was too far to walk to the airport and possibly not enough time to catch a rideshare, I found other parking close to the airport at a higher cost.
I reported this to Cheapestairportparking almost immediately, just before boarding my flight. Several days later I received the following reply: " ..... that Way cannot be held liable for non-operatable, late, or third-party payments including Uber, Lyft or Taxi services processed during your travel. "
This is BS - they can be held responsible for what is advertised on their website. They were in breach of contract.
There were several back and forth emails between me and Cheapestairport parking and their message was essentially the same as above.
I successfully disputed the charge with my credit card company and ultimately prevailed.
Cheapestairport parking was given several opportunities to do the right thing. They chose not to. They lost this case and my future business. Note that I have used this company in the past without issue, but when their client companies who actually provide the parking fail to deliver, Cheapestairportparking will not help you. Given the number of bad reviews on this website, I'd say my experience is far from unusual.
I strongly recommend avoiding Cheapestairportparking.
DON'T EVEN BOTHER!
I paid to park at the Larkspur Landing Hotel, which is 7miles from the airport (not the 1.5 miles stated on website) On my return home, I called for the shuttle to pick me up and was told the shuttle van had a flat. They weren't sure when it would be fixed. So, I took a cab which cost $43, I was told by the hotel they wouldn't give any reimbursement. I also called this company I booked parking with and no one ever answered the phone. Next time I'll be parking at the airport.

My credit card was charged twice for the same reservation. When calling customer service they said there was only one reservation (yes, and I was charged 2x for it). They did not try to help m despite speaking with managers and explaining the situation. They stole $56 from me.

Only after calling WAY.COM where the charge was posted... and a VERY LONG hold and call time... I was able to get the email sent.
Never booking with these guys again. Pricing wasn't much different and hassle factor lost value compared to simply booking with hotel for parking directly.
