Be seriously warned!! This company hold you to a rolling contract of which I have tried to cancel twice within the specified time and they said both times that I hadn’t given the specified time to cancel and tried to make me pay a termination charge. I’ve raised a complaint today and am awaiting the outcome. I will leave a further review in 48 hours once the company have called me back to advise me of what I can expect following their investigation into my complaint. Do not sign up with this company! Cheaper waste is a scam they take a massive payment upfront then provide a bad service while trying to get you to switch to a sister company at a much higher rate. they are uncontactable and hide behind a webchat bot. Dont risk it folks they are dodgy as can be!!!!!!

Spoke to Alex in customer service, his knowledge was faultless, he explained everything simply, he is a credit to your company, give the man a payrise.

Normally this company is a shambles, but Jamie(girl) was really helpful today. Thank you!

Don’t use CheaperWaste
We signed contract with CheaperWaste 14 months ago and can’t wait to terminate this (24 months contract). They only good in charging extras. Everything is much cheaper with actual company collecting bins. Please don’t use them and go directly for the service provider.

If I could give Cheaper Waste negative stars I would! Please don't waste your time with this company they are ABSOLUTELY useless in my experience - from the beginning of our contract for a recycling bin they either didn't pick it up or picked up our mixed waste bin in error (that was contracted with a different company) thereby contaminating the recycling in the lorry. After giving them lots of second, third and fourth chances and them still getting it wrong I have cancelled my dd and now they're telling me I'm in breach of contract and I'm being charged late fees for an unpaid excess waste invoice because they picked up the wrong bin! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Had an issue with missed collections/pick-ups on different days to those scheduled. Spoke to Pam and she went above and beyond to help sort things out for me. Fabulous service! Thanks Pam :)

Please stay well clear from this company. They don’t understand anything about customer service. They collect the bins randomly and don’t fully empty the container on every visit but yet they charge an excess waste fee which is clearly ridiculous and a ripoff. We have written to them on several occasions and they don’t bother responding. Also, we have notified them that we will be closing for Christmas holiday and don’t require the bins emptied only to find that they have attended site and completely ignoring our request. They don’t communicate and are by far the worst waste collection business on earth. If you truly want Cheaper waste and headache free then stay away from them.

I am still waiting for a response and an apology for their catalog of errors.
