I had such a wonderful experience with Gem! She is not only incredibly talented at what she does, but also so knowledgeable and professional. From the moment I sat in her chair, she made me feel completely at ease. She listened carefully to what I wanted, offered great suggestions, and the end result was even better than I imagined.

On top of her amazing skills, Gem is one of the kindest, most down-to-earth people I've met. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and loves what she does. I’m so glad I found her – I absolutely love my hair and will definitely be going back. Highly recommend!

I made an appointment for 11:30 for both my grand kids. One of my grand child was in the chair less than half way through when the stylest left her sitting in her chair. 10 min: later I enquired wher she was.., I was told she would be right there, again after another 5mins past . I asked again wher she was , I was then told she was with another customer. I then asked why was she with another customer when she was not finished with my granddaughter. I was told she the only stylest there. it took over 5min to get her to come back and finish my granddaughters. Not once did she come and apology to me. she was abrupt with me and said I here now.
I have not seen somebody so nasty in a long time .
Maybe somebody should have a talk with her, and coach her how to be respectable to clients.
Just to let you know she still had my second granddoughter to attend to. Stylist name Humara.

Great experience, my hair dresser Hardeep gives me such an amazing head massage when she shampoos, and fantastic hair style. The salon is beautiful and so clean! Lots of great instore products to buy. I highly recommend .

Chatter located in trinity is unnecessarily expensive as the service is not good at all. Not worth it to visit just the wastage of money.

Sarah is a good hairdresser and has such a vast knowledge of everything. Worth a visit. I’m really happy with how it turned out. Also, I really appreciated the advice

My hair cut was not I asked there was gap not blend really disappointed this is second time I got this service
I was expecting professional hair stylist according to paid for service
Now I have to wait for another 2 month to grow my hair to fix it

Jas really listened to what I was asking for and did exactly that. She also took the time to show me how to blow dry and style my hair. She explained which products were best and she was just an absolute pleasure to spend time with. Just an excellent experience.
