I worked on some data annotation tasks with Chathomebase.
The tasks were clear and easy to follow.
However, payment took longer than expected and support replied after 2 days.
Overall it's legit but they could improve communication and speed of payouts.

You guys need to make the rating steady so we can able to claim more messages. I don't understand how I would get an 8.7 rating today and wake up after 48 hours and it's 8.4 with very few messages; I see no need why it's needs to be recalculated after 48 hours, so do well to fix that. Please address the payments on the platform especially the transaction fee of €5 or more you guys charge after paying peanuts. Most importantly I hate the fact that you can't copy and paste; it's criminal honestly. Make the rating steady so we can claim more a reasonable per day. I am giving you guys a two star review for now

Son unos malnacidos, hacía mensajes prácticamente perfectos y se fijaban solo en un punto que no había puesto o una coma cuando los clientes escriben como les sale de los mismos, también es mentira que puedes trabajar cuando quieras porque empezaron a exigirme que no podía saltarme mensajes por lo que eso de cuando quieras es pura mentira y trabajas acojonado porque no sabes como se ha levantado hoy el que corrige y estás siempre con el miedo de que te suspendan la cuenta por lo que no puedes hacer gran cantidad de mensaje, ya que ellos quieren como respuesta que escribas un libro por cada respuesta por 10 céntimos deberían estar todos estos en la cárcel

Es una estafa. Después de trabajar años con ellos me echaron por un error insignificante. Estaba contenta pero sentí como cuando te dan la patada

The company is one big scam, they manually set user rating, so when you report poor massages, that coaches wrote, they will down your rate, so you can't work. They also let underage people to log in to the chat, they don't give a damn about suicidal massages from customers.

I got a new account since the old one was disabled and have done more than the required numbers and of messages to make me eligible for payment but till now I haven’t seen my payment . I was expecting the payment on Thursday or so they have different days the make payment

These people are big scammers, they ban your account for no reason when you are more active and about to get paid. I just woke up in the morning and my account disabled by the administrator without no support contacting or sending a clear review of the reasons claiming their decisions to be final. I invested a lot and I got nothing in return. I am scammed!!!. I will expose these people I have every document showing their act. Don't buy such accounts, these people are satanic! They advocate for suicide and mental disabilities. If don't want to die, don't invest in such people. Any good review here is their agent, don't be scammed. Invest in other professional things but not here. BE WARNED!!! Rebuke them in Jesus Name!!!

Well can I access it through wi-Fi connection? Coz mine I have to use mobile data hotspot otherwise it didn't work with the wi-fi connection. What could be the problem?

You spend way too many hours chatting for very little money. But if you don’t have any other income and you really can’t get another job as much as you try. Then this might be one of the only good options where you can earn money from home.

Well, so far so good. I received my payment on time as they said it would reach me. The only issue I have is that the payment is extremely low for the prices they charge the targets. Otherwise, it is fun and best of all, I do not need to be seen or heard. I just need to type in correct answers and grammatically correct messages.

This sites helps people to earn a kind of living except that some African countries are not allowed to participate and benefit from it, again the scores are always fluctuating by reducing and increasing intermittently. I urge the management of the site to kindly reconsider the vibrant intellectually endowed jobless youths in African countries like Nigeria, etc to earn a living as this will help to curb crime in this part of the world please.
