I’ve been using Chartmetric as part of our daily workflow across multiple artist projects, and it’s become one of the most valuable data platforms in our stack.

The depth of analytics is excellent — especially when it comes to playlist tracking, DSP performance trends, audience geography, and comparative artist insights. It allows us to move from guessing to making decisions based on actual data. The interface is clean, the data updates are consistent, and the filtering tools make it easy to extract exactly what we need.

What stands out most is how actionable the information is. It’s not just numbers — it helps shape release strategy, ad targeting decisions, territory prioritization, and long-term growth planning.

Chartmetric sadly confuses ambition with ability. It's a truely great concept, but you can't imagine my disappointment when I logged into use the service for a singer-songerwriter artist, and they had the wrong songwriters on every song within their catalogue. The descriptions of the tracks also made no sense. I've been emailing them trying them to get the information corrected but it's taking forever. I don't know how you can trust their metrics as a result.

Useful for keeping an eye on music trends, but the interface could be more user-friendly. It takes a while to figure things out.

Chartmetric is THE GOLD STANDARD to see analytics on how you are doing as an artist. If it wasn't for Chartmetric, I never would have known that I charted on iTunes in Norway with their Dance and All Genre Charts in late January! I can see what playlists I am on and how I rank with streaming and social platforms. Chartmetric is a GAME CHANGER.

As an independent musician, I use Chartmetric daily. It's important for me to see my progress and what helped or hindered my development. It's also very helpful to know what artists are in the same "bracket" as I am to try and develop some collaborations. The playlist tools are also a must. I've had a little change to make on my profile two times during the last year and both times it was done in less than 24 hours. The help from tech support has also been top notch. There are little glitches sometimes but not enough to outweigh the rest so Chartmetric is 5 stars for me.
