Our driver was really good!! Very flexible and friendly with everyone and the places/timing of where we went. Worked out very well. Not sure it could have been better!

Great driver! Really professional and polite!

We recently used Charterup for a wedding. The process leading up to the event we thought went smoothly until we were informed by our driver (who was rude, unprofessional, and did not speak english) that what we contracted was not what he was willing to do. The bus that he showed up with was dirty, old and it smelled. Furthermore, the driver had to be woken up twice to let our guest into the bus and then he proceeded to yell at them and drive erratically. In order to get him to fulfill our contract I had to "bribe" him with an additional cash payment. This was an awful experience due to the fact that Charterup contracts their drivers and I guess doesn't vet them properly.

The experience was very good. Our driver was awesome.

The bus and the driver were amazing!!! The ride was comfortable and everything went wonderfully!

I would never use Charter Up ever again. We had a very bad experience with a driver going to City Island.
He drove on the wrong side of the road to avoid tree branches, he stopped the bus several (at least 8) times to get out of the bus in the middle of intersections or streets to remove tree branches off the bus or to see if he could make the turn, it took him 20 minutes to get out of our parking lot because he could not figure out how to make the turns (we are in a park that has a large parking lot), he drove 30-40 mph on the highway, stopped the bus 2 times on the side of the road for no reason. The bus had no seatbelts and he was dressed sloppy and unprofessional. Did not understand or speak english well. I contacted Customer service and explained everything. They looked into it and believed whatever the driver said. No empathy or reimbursement , no care for endangering the lives of 50 Seniors.
Dont use them. They do not own the bus companies they give the work to and therefore you dont know what youre going to get. They do not hold themselves accountable for anything that happens on the trip.

Carlos was an excellent driver. He got us to and from our destination in a timely and safe manner despite the heavy downpours of rain.

We love CharterUp! I do wish there was more consistency in the quality of coach...we had one that was premium and one that seemed like it was from the 80s - but both clean and tidy.

Bus was very bumpy no individual charger

Getting a quote and booking the trip was simple and painless. The driver was easy to communicate with. Overall, very pleased.

Here are the things that made this a 5 star experience:
1. The bus arrived well before our departure time.
2. The driver was absolutely professional and personable.
3. The bus was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
4. The driver was available to bring the bus back to the zoo for early pick up when the heavy rain started.
5. The driver rerouted us on the way home to avoid heavy traffic.

On the trip leaving Yuma the two different companies provided excellent coaches with great drivers and they were at the church on time. On the return trip however we only had one driver that was the same. So the pick up information that was emailed earlier was not provided to the two new drivers. We had youth and adults waiting for the last bus to arrive. It was quite stressful because I could not get anyone in the office to answer the phone for quite some time. The phone reception where I was at was terrible and I had to climb up on a hill and wait there for someone to answer the phone. I was told on either Thursday or Friday that if I needed something on Saturday, my contact person would be working and would be able to reach her. I tried her extension number several times and finally went through to the main operator. A gentleman finally answered and was able to provide me helpful information and the phone number of the new coach driver. So after 45 minutes of stressful worrying, the coach showed up. We all made it to Yuma safe and we are grateful.
