Punctual and driver was an awesome person

CharterUp was great! The service was very easy to use and communication was a breeze.

My only complaint was that the bus driver on our bus was not the nicest and was a bit rude to our team.

This was nothing to do with CharterUp but wanted to flag that.

From beginning to end, our experience was fantastic! Their customer service is unmatched. Our driver was so kind and knowledgeable. It was a great experience all around!

We had booked the 52 person coach bus for my daughter's destination wedding. The bus arrived promptly at the requested time. The driver was courteous and the ride was smooth and the bus was clean. Everyone enjoyed the experience.

From the quote to finishing the ride, everything was smooth and communicated. Our bus driver was professional and personable. He made sure I had his number to text when we were ready to board after our event so he could be front and center when we came out of the building. The seats were comfortable, there were charging ports, overhead lights for each seat and blowing air that was controlled by each rider. This is a must with easily getting motion sick, which I do get but did not have any issues on this ride. We sat us high in the mini bus allowing to see all around the vehicle. I would definitely recommend this company!

Our driver was fantastic from start to finish. He showed up right on time, had a great vibe, and was friendly and kind to everyone on board. His driving was smooth and professional the whole trip, and we felt safe every step of the way. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience — he was nothing but the best! And the customer service from agents when I wanted to check on my reservation was superb. They all answered any questions I had with ease. Would recommend and 100% would use their services again.
