Terrible Technical Support - Buy Direct
Our entire charity has been without email for one week.
Microsoft Support cannot help us direct as we are listed as a customer of Charity Digital. The Charity Digital website now has no contact phone numbers which I find rather remarkable.
I managed to find an aged (potentially obsolete) phone number online (020 7324 3390) but I am kept in a permanent message loop and nobody answers. The voice message says “your call is held in a queue” and that we can “request a call back” yet the Charity Digital website stipulates “Please note: Phone lines, LiveChat and Call Backs are no longer available.”
So which is it? If the phone line is not serviced anymore why hasn't the voice message on the above number been updated?
Seemingly TechSoup is the only technical support available now. Yet on the Techsoup website it says support is only available from 10am to 12pm. However when I try to make contact during these times it says support is unavailable. This is incredibly frustrating.
Put simply… we cannot operate with such terrible support. A ‘free’ licence is no good if there is actually a massive ‘cost’ in terms of lost productivity.
We have been unable to support families living with cancer for an entire week. These are families who are living in very difficult circumstances who rely on our support.
We are very disappointed in Charity Digital.
