Broadway Diva

I was able to be a guest host on SiriusXM radio, On Broadway. We bid on this through Charitybuzz. My contact, Pierre was so helpful in setting this up, the process took a while with scheduling issues, but he was with me through it all. Thanks to Seth and Christine and everyone who made it possible. My Broadway Radio experience was amazing.

No Service

I have had two instances to contact Charity Buzz, and both of them have been negative experiences due to no response or action taken by you.
I bid and won a one week stay in a farmhouse in France. (Lot 2492810 - 7 Night Stay at a French Farmhouse in St. Jean de Duras, France).
I have requested it twice but have not heard back.
Also I had received a credit of $ 100 for referring a friend who had joined. I have asked for this credit to be applied towards by bill but that had not happened.
It has not been a pleasant experience.

Make buyers premium's crystal clear

I think you should put more transparency on the 20% buyers premium. I saw that it was in there, but didnt realize it was 20%. No one likes slightly hidden fees

We had a cooking lesson with Chef…

We had a cooking lesson with Chef Maisashvili, what a wonderful evening. Chef got us all involved in making our dinner, it was fantastic. Chef was very organized, focused and engaging with a positive attitude (and his daughter, our interpreter as Chef speaks Georgian was great). The food and wine were so good, but most of all, we just had a great time with a great host. Stephen

I had a wonderful time with my hitting lesson with Kim. She was very gracious and I enjoyed talking with her as well. Charity buzz was very helpful in all aspects of this experience

Good cause - but not customer-centric service.

I received an email that the room description on an auction item wasn’t accurate.
When I replied to the email that I wanted to cancel my bud - they refused and said ‘hopefully someone won’t outbid you.’
In combination with the 15-20% fees that they now charge (that I found out the hard way because it’s pretty hidden in their Terms section), it’s not an easy company to do business with anymore.

Bid on and won a trip to Pebble Beach

Bid on and won a trip to Pebble Beach. Transaction was smooth as it usually is on here. Decided to extend our stay and friends wanted to come. Jefferson was a big help and his communication in regards to this was A++++.

I was overcharged and though I have reached out (to Charritybuzz) seeking assistance, a new invoice has yet to be issued. I may have to take this up with my credit card company directly.

I bid and won on a concert to take…

I bid and won on a concert to take place at Universal in 10 days
I reached out and said how are the tickets coming? First they said will call then said I was getting via email and to check my junk box. For the next 10 days I checked every hour and nothing was ever sent! I kept telling them I don’t have my tickets and Sometimes they would say sorry it’s taking so long and other times they would say we will have them Resent and I would say they were never sent in the first place! So disappointing

Appreciative Georgian

I am a frequent user of Charitybuzz. I figure that Uncle Sam is going to take my money, so it is best to get to do unique things or to get unusual items, especially if it benefits charity; therefore, it becomes a win-win situation.

I have found the Charitybuzz staff to be most helpful, especially if donors seem to be dragging their heels on redemptions.
