Chantal has the worst customer service
Chantal has the absolute worst customer service of any kitchen accessories I’ve ever owned. The same woman, Anne, responded to my inquiries both times (2017 and 2024) I reached out for help. Both times she took months to respond and then when she finally did, her reply was rude and unhelpful. These two kettles I purchased were $160 each so they weren’t throw away kettles. I guess I expected to get good customer service with a price tag that high, but not at Chantal. I don’t have the receipt for the second kettle (it was a gift after my first one started leaking) so I thought that might be an issue, but I was hoping I could get the kettle repaired or something. But, no, just unhelpful again. Definitely do not buy if you are looking for a long term kettle. These each lasted 3 years tops with minimal usage
