This is one of the best wallet app, it's easy to use and fast to transfer and deposit.

This company is complete scam. I contacted their live chat which has only two representatives. First question I ask was HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER? They told me 40 to 72 hours maximum. I made my first exchange from sticpay to perfect money. 1000 USD sent while expecting 970USD. It is 14 days now and I have not heard from them. Their live chat has now notice my ip. So when you contact them, they don't respond. I wrote them email to their support. Yet they have not answer for 8 days now. However, if you visit their site with different ip, they respond. As soon as they ask what's your order number and I give out, no respond. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. all these positive reviews I believe strongly that it is provided by their friends and family. It doesn't reflect anything they do at their website.

I used their services ( unfortunately ) in order to transfer some money from Payeer account to PayPal account. At one point in launching the exchange order you are invited to contact live chat support in order to obtain the intermediate Payeer account on their name. I did it, the live support answered in one minute ( very fast ). The first alarm ringed when the provided Payeer account was blocked and couldn't been used for the transaction - unfortunately I ignored this sign. They provided me another Payeer account, I transferred the sum and ... that's it. I received an email with a link for checking the order status ... and the status is Processing ( forever ) - no money in my PayPal account. I contacted again live chat support for guidance - nobody answered there. I also sent an email with all the details - no answer whatsoever. So my money are gone.

There is only one name which fit this behavior - ONLINE SCAMMERS.

Please don't waste your money with them.

Changebuz.com has shattered my faith in online exchanges, and I am incredibly disappointed by their deceitful actions.
