70 mile check point on 100 mile run/walk event. Entrants coming in in good condition in extreme heat. Medics kind, cheery and proactive in treating entrants in sensible proactive way. All to often the medical team provided at such events are a hindrance rather than a help as they lack experience in dealing with the common problems and psychology/ endurance of entrants on ultra events. As a retired doctor myself I usually spent the second half of the shift managing medical issues at the checkpoint on this event (on top of running the catering and the managing the check point). Challange dealt with everything making my day really enjoyable

The last person in collapsed unable to move a mile or so away. Medic went out with transport. I resigned to a long wait to close check point for an ambulance (as per previous experience) but the medic had them fit for transport back to HQ within the hour. What a star.

The team at Challenge first aid did a brilliant job at our marathon yet again this year. They were all very professional, highly qualified and responsive. The pre race preparation and communication to establish what level of cover we needed was great with a comprehensive plan and risk assessment. They set up early on the day right by the finish line with a first aid tent, ready to attend to runners, as well as having a unit out on course and medics on bikes and in vehicles available. Thankfully no major injuries to contend with this year but reassuring to know the level of medical cover is spot on.

This is the second time that we have booked Lindley and his team and we wouldn't go anywhere else! They provided cover for our 50 mile ultra race on Saturday and it is so important to us to know that the safety of our runners is taken care of by such professionals! We've used Challenge First Aid for our two ultra running events and they are superb. They can't do enough to help our competitors. They are also lovely people and clearly extremely knowledgeable and experienced. We'll be using them again in 2025!

We hired challenge first aid for our first womens festival. Having worked with them before for first aid traiming, theu were always going to be our first choice. Was great habing them on site and will definately be booking them for the next

Although I had no need for first aid I felt safe knowing that the highly experienced team were at hand if it were needed and did see Lindley at work with other competitors that needed his help.

Challenge Medical & their dedicated team provided excellent support throughout the Copthorne Races, from registration through to when the last runner left the building. Their professionalism meant they dealt with any issues promptly & calmly. Thoroughly recommend them for your events.
