Helpful friendly staff who explain everything clearly and everything goes exactly as they say, new sims arrived on the day they stated, changeover happened on the day they stated and what more can you ask for?? The staff were very helpful
The staff were very helpful, polite & knowledgeable from the start to the finish of the switching process. Everything was well explained. How the process happens, the steps required & how it will occur.
I cannot fault their service plus they were dealing with a very nervous customer as I don't like swapping.

Extremely disappointing customer…
Extremely disappointing customer service from Chadwell
I have had ongoing problems with an iPhone purchased through Chadwell which has repeatedly lost signal, dropped calls, lost service and caused problems while I have been working.
This is a business phone, so having a reliable service is essential. The problems have affected my ability to contact customers and have already had an impact on my work.
I have spent a considerable amount of time trying to get this resolved and have contacted Chadwell and Plan.com on numerous occasions. Despite explaining the problems clearly and providing details of what has been happening, I have still not received a satisfactory resolution.
Chadwell offered me an upgrade, but this would have meant entering into another lengthy contract and paying considerably more. Given the problems I have experienced with the existing service and handset, I did not feel that was a reasonable solution.
What is particularly disappointing is that I emailed Chadwell again regarding the ongoing situation and I am still waiting for a response. After everything I have already been through, I don’t think it is unreasonable to expect my complaint to at least be acknowledged and properly addressed.
The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. I would have expected much better customer service and support from Chadwell.
