As an artist, this website is extremely easy to use, and communication works very well!

Thanks to CGHero, we've been able to convert all the products of our portfolio (more than 300!) from 3D CAD to photorealistic 3DS Max models.
After our first quotation request, we've received more than 45 offers, in less than 48hours, from very talented artists! We chose what we thought were the best ones at the best prices and they absolutely delivered ! About 10 times cheaper than what we found locally (Canada).

Also, as a medical company, we had a specific request for the paiment. The managers of CGHero answered positively to our special request, and they customized their website interface just to accomodate us.

We have different projects for the near future, involving VR, AR models and Unreal engine. I have no doubts that we'll still use CGHero.

You can find very good clients here , and very interesting projects.
At the begining it may seem that there is not enough projects, but have in mind that is a relative new site... And it is growing.
The team behind the site is very helpful with each project and they are always attentive to ensure the artist has all the info to make a succesfull project.

Fraud! The designer was very bad, he didn't complete the work. When we asked for a refund, the website admins "Chris & Jonathan" leaned to the designer's side and they changed our email address and logged in with our account to mark the order as accepted without our permission. They refunded us $300 and they took $700 and they never delivered the work till now (more than 3 months). This is an untrusted website and the admins are looking only for their commissions and never be fair. We've got all the pieces of evidence on what we are saying and can send when needed.

The best place in internet for work in 3d as Frelance from you personal study. Web security and serious. I need more clients!

I've worked on several projects through CGHero and had a great experience each time. The site is clear and easy to use, communication is fast and efficient which lets me get on with the job in hand.

Great job from the guys of CGHero. Have created a decent site where you can find a variety of 3D jobs and interact with clients in a dynamic manner. Many interesting projects. There are technical and design improvements I could propose like having an app where all your projects and messages are more intuitive to process. Having the past projects disabled from the feed. I guess they only occupy space. The site feels a bit slow when navigating. Love the orange and black contrast on your color indentity. Having percentage payment plans in advance for artists. In overall, its a great site and I feel you are doing it very good. Chris and John have been always helpful in any problem I've had. Keep the great work guys. Recommended 100%.

All the jobs I've got through CGHero were handled very well in a professional manner, the communication flow between the staff and clients is always smooth and easy to resolve whatever special needs that might come up during a project.
So far it's been a pleasure to work together with a crew of efficient people, willing to make things as easy and smooth as possible for us 3D Artists, as well as making sure to deliver exactly what the client wants and more.

A couple of issues but overall a very good resource. I had a quote accepted for a quick turnaround job but the artist cancelled (due to unforeseen circumstances), which caused a delay, so I worked with someone else and the initial quality of the work was a little concerning but once we had a clear communication going on, things improved immensely and I was very impressed with the final delivery. CG Hero themselves were very helpful and prompt with any questions or need for assistance. I would use them again, and recommend others to as well, just be well prepared with providing clear instructions and setting expectations.

I've successfully completed a project with an artist I met through CGHero. Overall it was a great experience, they work professionals who can offer great quality 3D art and deliver on time. Recommended.
