I'm using the Neck & Shoulder Massager for last 2 years and very satisfied it,it works very well and provides great relief form new pain.I highly suggest to try this product.

It's been a month since I bought Neck & Shoulder massager and it works really well. But what I really liked about the company is that their after sale service. They will deliver whatever the guideline customer need's.

I was sceptical about buying this pillow but as it was recommended on a US spine health website I though it was legitimate. After quite a while after placing my order, which was USD $79.99 "on special" I received a small package sent from China - alarm bells ringing - the size of a soccer ball that I was afraid to cut open in case I cut through the contents. The pillow was squished inside and was such a cheap knock-off of what was advertised I straight away contacted the seller by email asking for a full refund after I returned it. The response was that they were unable to offer a refund due to the product being on "special". I replied that it was not the product that I believed I had ordered, it didn't even have a brand tag as per the photo. I replied that I wanted a full refund for the cheap version of the pillow that I received and I was offered a partial refund. Still waiting on another reply after I threatened contacting Australian Fair Trading if a full refund was not forthcoming. Absolutely shonky!

After waiting months for my pillow, I instead received a tiny little package, not with a pillow, but with some blue beaded child bracelet. I contacted them for a refund and have as of yet received any response from them of any kind.

Don't buy from CervicalCloud. You’re level of customer service at CervicalCloud is disgusting. I finally received my pillow yesterday after ordering it in mid April. I had no confirmation of purchase from you, which I found extremely disconcerting as I had no order no or proof of purchase. The only contact I had from you was a general message saying that the Coronavirus was responsible for the delay. I would have felt more comfortable if this had been directed to me personally as I still was not sure if you had my order! When the pillow finally arrived it was squashed into a very small package so tightly wrapped that I had great difficulty trying to cut it open without damaging the pillow itself, It looked like a giant marshmallow and I didn’t immediately know what I was opening. There was no delivery note or information on care and use and no address on where to return in case of damage. At a price of £33 the pillow is very tiny and was very expensive for what it was, I could have bought the same pillow here in the UK cheaper and wouldn’t have had to wait two months for delivery. I have sent you two emails but never received a reply so altogether, I’m very very disappointed in your customer service and would never buy from you again or recommend you to anyone else.

Please be aware that this is a scam company and except taking the money they never communicate with customers.
I have written to cancel the order a day after it was placed and 4 days before they shipped the goods, therefore I am going to refuse the order once it is attempted.
I have written 4 emails to the 'support' team, asking for the urgent refund of my money and they have ignored every single one of them.

In the meantime I have contacted the dispute team of my bank and I will get money back anyway.
This company is horrible! Keep away!!

Avoid. They send you a rolled up totally unuseable pillow from China, that looks nothing like the advertised pillow, very bad packaging/shipping aswell mine were dirty upon arrival because they send in a plastic bag
