I cannot download the app! why should I? It's just taking a test and receiving the results. So much faf!!! Wasted 2 hours and still have not managed to even register this sh*it.

Wasted about 2 hours on the app trying to scan my passport for my return to the UK. Still not able!

Me and my family were guided through the entire process, including well from pre-departure days, by Chloe with clarity and an amazing amount of patience, which was most appreciated. She kept us informed and updated throughout and answered a significant number of queries over the weeks leading up to our arrival in UK that we had as international travellers coming in, especially through these times, when regulations and requirements are changing on almost a weekly basis. Will highly recommend them.

Chloe was exceptional helping us navigate the very confusing and evolving Covid testing requirements. We had tests waiting for us when we got to hotel, and got our results via email within hours. No time wasted and no stress. Can’t thank her enough

Excellent personal service and I really appreciated the app notifications and being able to share my certificate directly from my tested.me app to the BIM safe app. It took so much stress away from travelling and I will certainly use this service again.

Fabulous experience in arranging Arrival tests

The experience of arranging test on arrival and plf was unexpectedly fabulous. Rang your help line and had a extremely comforting voice of Chloe at the other end. All problems suddenly disappeared and now looking forward to traveling.

Staff is super friendly and really gentle.

We had to do a rapid antigen-test in Kamari, Santorini, Greece.
We were tested by Chloe, she was very nice and helpful.
Our daughter was afraid, but Chloe made the experience so easy! She had a lot of patience and explained everything very well.
The price was even lower than at other locations.

For who needs a rapid antigen-test or a PCR-test in Kamari, we sure would recommend to go to this location.
