I didn't realize that there was a 45 day time limit on the QR codes. My employee's code ran out before she could use it, and I was graciously given a refund. Certifix is always very helpful whenever I have an issue.

It was my first time getting my fingerprints done and I accidentally bought the wrong thing and he was very prompt in helping me get what I needed done . Responded to my emails very quickly

when finger prints where sent to final destination they could not read them. Certifix refunded money. They were very easy to work with.

I recently used Certifix Live Scan for my fingerprinting and the process was smooth and straightforward. The online registration was easy, and I received a QR code that made check-in quick at UPS. The staff was professional and guided me through the process.

But it turns out, I needed another kind of fingerprinting. Their associate (Mr. Vicente) was very responsive (via e-mail) and informative. He helps me cancel and process my refund. No hassle at all. Will certainly go back if I need their service.

They did not provide the service I paid for and were rude and unprofessional when I spoke to them on the phone asking why they didn't do the job. They just argued and dodged the question and lied about why they hadn't performed the work.

It seems like a Certifix employee has stolen the contents of one of my packages.. What i know for sure is their stories have changed about the weight, no photos were ever taken, and they didn't even think anything was wrong with a 50kg package suddenly feeling empty. Absolutely nobody takes responsibility at the 447 Sutter St location in San Francisco. I suppose they think they can do whatever they want without consequences.

I went in last week to get a livescan the very day when the company had a system update, and it turns out that there was a glitch in the update and my information was never submitted to the Department of Justice, along with countless other people's documentation. The worst part is that the company didn't even know about it until to day 6 days after I went in to get it done. How am I supposed to trust a company with my sensitive information, when they can't even keep track of operations in their own facilities? What if I hadn't called to check up on the status of my life scan, how long would it have taken them to find out? And it wasn't just the place I went to, it was numerous other locations that had the same issue, yet nobody knew about it. When i called, they said they "hoped" the tech team could fix everything by today, but that it's not a guarantee. Not impressed with this level of incompetence.

Edit: I added a couple of stars onto their review because there was a mix up in communication. Turns out that my store was the only one affected, and it had nothing to do with a system update, but with the computer involved with the livescan process at the store. After I called, they immediately went to the store to replace the laptop and my livescan was sent to the DOJ the very day I re-did it, and passed within 24 hours of it being submitted. The company has been super responsive about the issue, and apologized for the inconvenience.
