Extremely happy with end results, I had my surgery around 8 weeks ago, My patient Coordinator (Yasmin) was extremely helpful, always available for a chat, made me feel very comfortable and made my decision much easier. My Surgeon (Mr Misra) did an amazing job would highly recommend him, Centre for Surgery still check up on me and for that I would have no hesitation in coming back for any other procedure in the near future.

I couldn’t be happier with my results from Dr Tillo, he achieved everything I asked for and they look so natural. My scars are hardly noticeable and I’ve not no problems after surgery. My experience with the clinic was excellent from start to finish and all the team and nurses were amazing. Thank you again for my amazing results x

Centre for Surgery was a delightful experience, from my initial induction call through to the meeting with my surgeon and the actual surgery.

I had previously contacted Centre for Surgery a year prior to my official Rhinoplasty and had a meeting with Mr. Gilleard to discuss the procedure in detail. After deliberation at the time, I was hesitant to go ahead with the surgery that year - and through transparent conversations with my co-ordinator (Nikesh) I was fully refunded my money for that meeting.

Fast forward a year into now 2021, and I had changed my mind and was ready to finally make the decision and go ahead with my Rhinoplasty - as it was something I was conscious of for years. I looked around and attended a variety of different surgeons in Harley St. but none could match the efforts that Centre for Surgery made to me prior. So, I decided to get in touch with Centre for Surgery again and was immediately transferred to Nikesh - who happened to remember me from the year prior, which made me feel very reassured. He was able to find a relatively quick slot to meet Mr. Gilleard again, and to my surprise, he also remembered me from the previous year. He efficiently discussed his experience, and managed my expectations realistically about what he could achieve with my nose, which instilled a lot of trust as I could tell he wasn't just after the quick money. He took pictures of my nose from all different angles, and sent across an edited image of what he thought he could achieve with my nose, which was truly in line with my vision as it wasn't too drastic of a change.

After deliberation, I was advised to take 2 weeks to really consider going ahead with the operation now that I knew the ins and outs of the procedure. I decided to go ahead officially, and it was a really smooth, trusting process. Payment options were clearly explained to me and things I should be made aware of before my surgery date were promptly explained. Nikesh was great at answering all of my queries on a personal level, allowing me to text/call him directly which was great.

On the surgery day, I was extremely nervous, but the receptionists really helped keep me at ease. I was able to have my Dad drop me off and wait in the reception with me which was helpful, and they explained the process of the day to him thoroughly. They provided excellent services throughout, offering drinks and asking reassuring questions. I met with Mr. Gilleard and the anaesthetists again just before surgery to clarify what I wanted and if I had any pressing questions. The surgery process was extremely smooth. I went to sleep and woke up after 1.5hrs without much pain.

The immediate surgery team were great at ensuring I was comfortable and feeling okay. My Dad was already waiting upstairs as he had been efficiently contacted. Following from my surgery, I received a phone call each day by the support team to check if I were okay, and to schedule my 2 day follow up appt. I visited the Centre to remove the sponges in my nose and again the team were great at making me feel comfortable, and to take as much time as I needed.

It has now been just over 3 months since my Rhinoplasty and I am more than happy with the results. I am kept in regular contact with the support team to have follow-up appt. with Mr Gilleard, and I feel that as a paying customer, I had my money's worth with professional support and professional services.

I would recommend to anyone thinking about such surgery, to do a lot of research on Centre for Surgery and their surgeons, because from my experience - they are a great place to fulfil your needs.

I’ve been wanting to remove my breast implants for last few years and only this year I’ve had the opportunity to do it. Centre for Surgery were amazing each and every step of the way. All staff made sure everything was sorted, all my questions were answered and just went above and beyond. After my operation, I had a phone call nearly each day to check how I feel. My surgeon was Prof Alberto Di Giuseppe and I really couldn’t have asked for anyone better. He understood my active lifestyle and the results are beautiful. After removing implants I was worried my breast will look not nice, but they look very well, my breast look just like 11 years ago. I’m now 2 weeks post op and feeling great. I’m back to my normal daily activities. I couldn’t thank Professor Di Giuseppe and Centre for Surgery enough. I am so grateful and happy beyond belief. Thank you so much.

This clinic has been fab! My procedure went so well and the anaesthetic team were all so lovely. Dr Tillo was also fantastic and very informative, not pushy about anything. My scars are barely visible and I have healed perfectly. Everyday for 2 weeks after surgery, the after care team would call me to see how I was. I had very little pain and discomfort and felt like I was taking up their time but they reassured me I wasn’t. I would definitely recommend this clinic and have already done so!!

The total experience with Center for surgery was simply excellent. I can not be happier than that. I had The breast augmentation surgery with dr.Alok Misra. He is awesome. I was very nervous and confused at the beginning but he made me feel so comfortable since the first consultation, he explained me everything so nicely and I have decided to go with the procedure. I knew that I am at the right hand. It’s been 17 days since I had the surgery, I am feeling so good already. I didn’t have pain from the 2nd week after surgery. A very huge thanks to dr.Misra. I also want to thank Rebbecca and Christina to support me whenever I needed and being by my side all through my journey. I also want to thank the whole support team of Center for surgery, they are doing a fabulous job. I believe I made the right decision going with Center for surgery. They always made me feel that I am at the safe place.

The hardest part of my whole experience was making the initial phone call. I don't know anyone who has had a tummy tuck so all my research was online reviews and the GMC website, it took me a long time to pluck up the courage to call but I'm so glad I did. I spoke to Lidia who put me at ease straight away and arrange a consultation with Omar Tillo reassuring me that he was lovely and I would be fine. The consultation was great, I was asked why I wanted the procedure and my expectations, and I found Omar kind and understanding. All my questions were answered and I left the consultation uplifted and knew I would go ahead with the tummy tuck with The Centre of Surgery. Lidia called a few days later with the price, no hard sell and just said to call her back with my decision. I asked if I could book my surgery ASAP, and Lidia managed to get me a cancellation so 4 weeks from the date of my consultation I was booked in. Lidia stayed in touch until then and even messaged me in the morning to ask how I was and to tell me I had a great medical team with me. She was so right, they were wonderful. I wasn't at all scared, they went through everything with me, the whole experience was positive. After the operation, Omar told me how it all went and the whole team came in to see how I was and to say good bye!
The following three to four days were uncomfortable at times,but what you'd expect after such an operation, to be honest I thought it would be worse. I stuck to the pain relief so that was fine, just the discomfort of not being able to sleep in my usual position, and mobility etc. I received daily calls and they were thorough, spoke to Gregory who was there on the day of my operation so it was nice to chat to him, also he gave me good advice and reassurance that I was doing everything right. I am 2 months post op and I am very happy with my results, and cannot thank the team enough for their kindness, help and support.

I had an umbilicoplasty in July which went really well. It was one of the first clinics i looked at for the procedure and after being shown potential results i decided to book in the surgery. All the staff were really kind and helpful and made me feel at ease before and after the surgery and my surgeon Dr Erel did a fantastic job, I'm really pleased with the results. I was awake during the surgery and again was made to feel comfortable and was well looked after by all the staff involved during the procedure. I really couldn't be happier!! I would definitely recommend centre for surgery.

It’s nearly a month since I had my eye surgery ( Blepharoplasty) at the Watford clinic with centre of surgery. I’m very pleased with the whole experience. I first spoke to Rebecca ( Carrington)who is a patient coordinator. She was amazing from start to end. Every time I had a question or if I was worried about something, I would call her and she would get back to me straight away with the answers. Even the consultation fee was reasonable compare to other places and once you attended the consultation,it is refundable.
Professor Di-Giuseppe was the one who performed the surgery. The whole team was very efficient and very polite. I’m happy with the result achieved.
After care was good too. I received a call every day to find out about my pain and if I was worried about anything. Which was great. I would recommend centre of surgery to anyone who’s looking to go through similar procedure.

I first contacted Centre For Surgery in April and had a phone call consultation with Lidia where she explained questions that I had for my procedure. Following this, I had my in person consultation 2 weeks later in London with Dr Mitsakos. I left the centre excited after having all my questions answered and having the procedure explained very well and professionally by the surgeon.
I then booked my surgery with the help of the staff through phone call/email with overall amazing and very quick service.

I had my breast reduction surgery in May at the Watford Centre, from start to begining everything went very smoothly. A special thanks to Gregory and Sophie who were very kind and reassuring with me before and after waking up from surgery. My surgery was around 3 hours long and I was able to leave to go back home on the same day.
Recovery started and pain was manageable with the pain killers prescribed. One week later I went back to the Watford surgery to see the nurse, this is where they found that one of my breasts had a hematoma (blood clot that shows with a lot of swelling and brusing.) The nurse contacted my surgeon straight away and passed on pictures. I had a phone call of my surgeon Dr Mitsakos an hour later and arranged an appointment for that same day to see him. Seeing my surgeon, he had a look at my breasts and explained to me what my options were and reassured me with them. He also expressed how I was his first hematoma patient as they are quite rare with breast reduction. Following this, we decided to go into surgery on the same day. I had a wash and clean wound surgery for my left breast for my hematoma. My Surgery went well and I was on my way home a couple of hours later. The following week I was doing as little as I could and was focused on my recovery, pain was moderate and I was already feeling much better.

Ten days after my second surgery I went back to Watford to see the nurse and get my dressings removed. My scars were healing remarkably and everything was looking good. I felt so relieved and happy that both my surgeries had gone so well and that I was seeing the results I wanted.

Six weeks following my surgery I went back to London to see my surgeon Dr Mitsakos for my final appointment. We were both thrilled with my results, my breasts were looking even better than we had hoped. My scarring was healing very good too. I want to thank my surgeon Dr Antonios Mitsakos for doing such a wonderful job with my breasts, from the beginning to the end he was very professional, down to earth and genuinely caring.

Today, I am 2 months post op and I could not be happier with my breasts. My confidence has improved significantly, I am able to wear the clothing I want to wear and I can finally go braless and feel sexier, free and comfortable with my body.
Overall, my experience with the Centre For Surgery has been truly AMAZING and I could not recommend you picking up the phone and making the first step more. All the staff are very friendly and helpful- and my surgeon Dr Mitsakos is very experienced, professional and did a wonderful job so I could not recommend him more.

just had my surgery yesterday and couldn’t be more pleased with the whole experience. Amazing team and made me feel so comfortable i had virtually no anxiety! woke up after to a lot of laughter the operation team and an iced coffee next to me haha! the support from Rebecca especially as well had been amazing from start to finish - any worries i had were replied to straight away :) highly recommend centre for surgery and my surgeon dr ertan erel!!

I had a Abdominoplasty with muscle repair and lipo with Mr Omar Tilo in February 2021. Mr Tilo was so professional and did an excellent job of clearly explaining the pros and cons of the procedure and what the recovery would entail. This procedure is major surgery and the recovery time is significant so I am glad I was fully prepared for what it would entail. The support and follow up from Yasmin my patient coordinator and Gregory was excellent and they were both so caring and helpful.

I had the procedure in the London branch but all my follow up appointments were in the Watford location which was a huge benefit as it was closer to me and much easier to get to logistically for follow up appointments. However all the staff I saw in both locations were excellent and very professional.

I am now 4 months post op and I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the results. I feel like a brand new me and have got my confidence back after 3 pregnancies and years spent trying to lose baby weight and tone up. Mr Omar Tilo was fantastic and is a very experienced surgeon so I knew I was in safe hands and I would not hesitate to recommend him. Overall I am very happy with my experience with Centre for Surgery.

I had the smoothest and the most amazing experience with my breast uplift surgery! Yasmin was incredibly supportive and was there for me around the clock! She is so great! Gregory called me every day for 10 days after my surgery to check in and he was also supportive and kind. If I ever had a question or needed an appointment, they would ensure I have my answer quickly or would book me in to see a doctor! This team is really amazing!

I’m so happy that I found my incredible surgeon Dr Omar Tillo. He was clear and straight forward, very understanding and supportive and I’m so happy with the outcome! I’m lucky enough to have had no complications and I believe that this could be because Dr Tillo is very knowledgeable and is clear on the best ways to avoid any issues. He is also open to discuss what your preferences are for your surgery and gives his professional opinion which was very useful. He made me feel secure and safe throughout the process and now at 7 weeks post op I couldn’t be happier with my results and the surgeon I chose.

Very happy with my experience getting breast augmentation with Dr. Alok Misra. Would highly recommend this amazing and very professional, talented surgeon.

6 weeks now post my surgery and I was supposed to have an appointment to check the progress (not sure if I can go back to the gym or not) but unfortunately my coordinator couldn’t help me and none called me back to arrange that. The only disappointing moment.

Throughout my experience getting breast augmentation was a little bit of challenge as a transgender patient (MTF). However Yasmin is my patient coordinator and Natalie from the support team help me. Throughout the experience by helping me getting the documents I need to get and advising me what need to be done and calming me down about all the worries i had about the procedure and especially pricing of the surgery. Yasmin is really nice person and understanding person that actually listen to you and dosen't try to get you on surgery table fast as possible and move on the next patient or anyone in CFS that I've spoken to throughout the whole experience.

As for the surgeon Dr Erel he did amazing job. We didn't see eye to eye at first but found middle ground (this was partly me having somewhat unrealistic goal to achieve after one surgery) he was more concerned about my safety, well-being and to inform me the implications of this procedure and to make sure that i understand before the procedure take place.

For anyone thats is transgender either MTF or FTM make you sure you can find clinical psychologist that can do the assessment for surgery ASAP as this will be probably hardest document to get (for me it was)

Overall the staff are super friendly and helpful and informative. The surgeon did a great job and the size im happy with them and pricing is reasonable. I'd be coming back for future procedure

I got a breast enlargement through Centre for Surgery with Dr Erel Ertan and honestly the whole experience from Lidia making the arrangements to the check ins, information provided and the surgery itself were all great. Also, im really pleased with the results. 5 star experience

Load of rubbish! I’m surprised anyone actually gets surgery here as I haven’t even been able to get a consultation! I had one in the diary which I had made plans for and paid a deposit, however I got a phone call yesterday saying they had to reschedule it due to someone taking my spot! This was 2 days ago and I still haven’t received contact from them in regards to a new date so I phoned them up, they said someone would get back to me in 10 mins still haven’t heard anything from them. Going to fight to get my deposit money back as they had to cancel the consultation. Very very disappointed and now booked in to see another doctor. Shame because they lost my business

I had a breast lift and augmentation (300 cc) on 23rd April 2021 at Crawford Street.

My breasts look amazing and scars at 4 weeks aren't event noticeable.
