To say they change my life is an understatement. All the staff here are SOO down to earth and make you feel at ease! From check up calls to that first consultation, Lidia made sure everything was running smoothly for me!! The whole team is literally by your side all the way!! Going in to a procedure i was petrified, scared and everything else, i couldn't even bring my self to the consultation but Lidia made it her priority to ensure i was as comfortable as can be and that i was in safe hands! without her kind words i wouldn't have gone ahead with it all.

Having really bad anxiety has always been a challenge for me but i can honestly say after my experience with Dr.Dimitriadi she basically educated me and gave me a whole different perspective on my procedure and that in-fact i was more then normal even if i didn't feel so myself! Something i've never had before!

Her support was beyond belief, i couldn't thank Dr. Dimitriadi and everyone enough for making me feel so secure. Her team were brilliant i've never felt more confident and finally excited about my next chapter in life!! Safe hands is indeed the word for it!!

I would highly recommend Centre for surgery as I truly believe no other practise would make this journey as professional and comforting as they did! Feeling extremely grateful and blessed to have had the most amazing team to give me a start on my dream life. I say that because with no exaggeration i have been dreaming for this day for as long as i can remember. Slowly but surly i'm going through the healing stages and i couldn't be more happier with my results!!!! Brings me tears of joy just writing this review. You guys are straight out the best!

Drooping heavy eye lids were making me look older and more tired than I felt. (Nothing more deflating when feeling sparkling and vibrant at a party, to be told you’re looking tired!)

Did my research, found Centre for Surgery, booked a consultation and met Mr Erel, a highly qualified surgeon. Any nervousness was dispelled immediately by his calm, friendly and professional guidance. The supporting team were great, special mention for Lea, and the whole process was straightforward.
Two weeks in from the operation and I am thrilled with the results.(Should have done it sooner!) I thoroughly recommend them.

Very happy with my experience at centre for surgery, very helpful from start to finish and procedure was carried out very thorough. Any questions were answered quickly and in depth so I had no worries and pleased I went ahead with it. Even after the surgery, I’ve had calls and messages to check up on how I am and if everything went very well.

I just had Gynecomastia surgery 2 weeks ago. Dr Tillo was amazing so friendly helpful and I still can’t believe the incredible transformation and I’m not even fully healed yet. The constant after care service / calls / check ups has made me realise this organisation is very professional but also very caring. Yasmin was my patient coordinator and would take my calls any time of the day and has been there for me every step of the way. I would recommend these guys to the world. Every single person I’ve dealt with here has been so kind and helpful. Not that you should cut corners with a surgery like this but I got two other quotes and these guys were best value! Great company all round!

Rhinoplasty - amazing service from start to finish, extremely professional staff and surgeons. Big thanks to Yasmin as my patient Coordinator who was always in contact with me throughout the process and helped me with any queries I had. My surgeon Dr Alok Misra was brilliant and made me feel so calm and confident from the moment we met. I cannot pick any faults in centre for surgery and would recommend them in a heart beat.

Hi my name is Prudence and I had a fat transfer to my butt. I am still recovering. I contacted yasmin, she was a great coordinator, listened to me, explained everything I needed to know. She is an amazing person. I highly recommend the centre for surgery to anyone. Great staffs, great communication and care a lot about their patients.

I recently had rhinoplasty through Centre For Surgery, and I cannot recommend this place enough!
From the get go it’s been such a smooth process, with a high level of service and professionalism.
Carolyn was the patient coordinator who I spoke to initially. She was so helpful and talked me through everything, and really put me at ease.
She arranged for me to meet the surgeon, Onur Gilleard, over zoom at first, to talk about my nose and what I liked and disliked. He was also very personable and friendly, and so I arranged to meet him in person.
(Carolyn also arranged for me to meet the anaesthetist a week before surgery, as I have a medical condition, so it was really helpful to be able to discuss my concerns with him as well)
After always hating my nose, mainly my side profile, it was so great to finally meet Onur and be able to speak with someone so knowledgeable who understood my concerns. People close to me have always just told me my nose was fine, but it’s always been a source of insecurity for me. Onur was able to tell me what results he could achieve, and did a couple of morphs for me. I think the first one was more based on what I had thought I wanted, so I didn’t like it. But after raising my issues with that one, he then did another one which I loved (and maybe became a bit obsessed with!).
Day of the surgery ended up being 2 weeks after initial consultation as there was a cancellation, so not a lot of time to mentally prepare, but I was so ready to bite the bullet! I think I only got super anxious on the day, but the nurse looking after me was fantastic. I don’t remember her name, but she was the first person I met on the day, and she really was lovely. She even said “don’t worry! We’re your friends now, we’re your family,” which was just such a delightful thing to hear. I knew I was in good hands! I spoke to each member of the surgical team beforehand, which was really great. I just felt so well looked after.
It was all over in a flash, and I was out and in a cab home in what seemed like no time at all.
The post op care was great too. I received a call every day for 2 weeks to check and see how I was doing.
Recovery was great. I just felt like I had a bad cold, but apart from a sore throat, there wasn’t any pain at all.
I’ve no regrets. Onur was the only surgeon I had a consultation with, and after speaking with him, I didn’t feel the need to speak to anyone else.
So 10/10. Definitely one to add to your list if you’re looking for rhinoplasty in London.

My experience with CFS has been exemplary from the start. Nikesh Shah was my patient coordinator who answered every single question from the start, and continued to stay in contact from the start to finish. Dr Dimitriadi was my surgeon who takes patient care very seriously, and who’s also very friendly and just really lovely! My nurses on the day were Sophie, Comfort and someone else I just can’t remember her name but they were so nice, I had a bit of an emotional wobble at one point and they held my hand, chatted to me about girly stuff and we got through it. I had the lovely Christina, Stephanie and Gregory who called me up after to check on me and the wonderful Natalie who works for the support team answered all my emails straight away as well! I’m so happy with my results, which I think is the most important thing as well as the honesty I received from my surgeon about what we could achieve, really happy with the service from the start and aftercare has been brilliant. I’d give 10 stars if I could and I hope the team get the recognition they deserve xxxx

I had fat transfer to buttocks & hips surgery on 30/11/2020 at centre for surgery (Watford) my patient co-ordinator was Yasmin & from the moment I spoke to her regarding the surgery she was so helpful and any questions I had she always answered the phone even in the evening, nothing was too much trouble and still isn’t as she still keeps in touch to make sure I am ok.
My surgeon was Dr Antonio’s Mitsakos who carried out the procedure, he was also great at answering any questions I had & also helped put my mind at ease. He is brilliant at what he does.
All the staff at the surgery were amazing on the day of my procedure & I can’t thank you all enough.
I am super happy with my results so far & I can’t wait to see the final results.
I highly recommend centre for surgery as their care & professionalism is second to none. Thank you again xx

I just want to say thank you so much to all working in the London Centre for Surgery for your kindness and support throughout the process that lead to my final operation. You even went the extra mile and booked my garment in emergency the day before the op, when we learnt that the one I found initially was unsuitable.
A special thank you to my Patient Coordinator, Yasmin, for her friendship and constant availability. I was very nervous, but Yasmin supported me emotionally and, when uncertain, she liaised with the doctors to answer my every single doubt (and with the admin team for my late payments too).

I was very impressed with the Centre for Surgery website, so many benefits, and reasons to choose Centre for Surgery for my operation.
The customer care I have received so far, from everyone at Centre for Surgery has been brilliant, thank you.

It took me about 8 years to decide and finally go ahead with the procedure. Aside from all the personal doubts, all I really needed was a good practice with a caring team and above all, an excellent and understanding surgeon who LISTENED to me and understood my specific needs, instead of forcing what nowadays aesthetics dictate, on me. Dr Paraskevi Dimitriadi made me feel extremely comfortable and confident in the procedure (and especially in the surgeon!) after she explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions pre/during/post op. I really cannot but praise her professionalism and infinite care.
The staff and nurse at CFS have been very lovely too, helpful and caring throughout the whole experience.

My one negative note: I filled my health assessment pre op at my consultation and again a few days before the procedure. I went and collected my prescription before the operation but whilst filling all the paperwork to discharge me, the Doctor realised the antibiotic I had been given and bought that morning, was in fact the one antibiotic I could not take. She gave me a couple of capsules from a different one to cover the night and wrote me a prescription for yet another one to buy the following day. I would really stress the importance of triple checking and cross checking our personal health assessments vs the standard medications associated to specific procedures. It could have turned out much uglier than just me having to pay double for the antibiotics!

Had an amazing experience going forward with the Cosmetic Surgery with Centre for Surgery. Special thanks to Yasmin (Patient coordinator) who allocated me a date very quickly and responded back to my calls and messages instantly. Also, a BIG thank you to my surgeon Dr Dimitriadi for giving me the results that I desired and making me feel comfortable throughout the whole procedure. Thanks to the two nurses who assisted too as they were very professional and friendly. I would say this place is very warm and welcoming, you will never feel as if your left alone. I am very happy with the service and I am glad that I chose this place to have my surgery.

I had my breast augmentation with the surgeon Antonio Mitsakos, at first impression I didn’t have the best chemistry with him, he was not that much friendly maybe too profesional. But Yasmin ( my cordinator) really polite and professional convinced me to have my surgery with the surgeon Mitsakos and also gave me other options of surgeons. She answered to all my question she was amazing. Anyway after my surgery I really loved the result He fix the problem that I had on my breast and he changed the implants. no scars amazing result.I really recommend him.

Everything from the start to the very end was amazing. The surgeon (Mr Antonios Mitsakos) and the team were fantastic. I was at ease the whole time and I’m healing really well &quick.

I looked at several surgeries before deciding to go with center for surgery. From what I remember, I chose center for surgery due to the following reasons: open about displaying their Care Quality Commission rating; friendly, informative, attentive customer service; cheap/free consultation; dr omar tillo very informative and seemed honest about the risks/likely results of procedures I was interested in; and the price seemed reasonable in comparison to other places. (As a comparison, I found other surgeries could be disorganised - not following up on what they said they would do etc., reluctant to share Care Quality Commission inspection information, and one surgeon tried to 'hard sell' me a procedure I wasn't interested in with information that to me seemed questionable - not a great reflection of the industry).

From my experience with Centre for Surgery, the main point I thought could be improved was how the price of the surgery was dealt with. The price I was quoted appeared to raise without obvious reason at one point, but I ended up paying the cheaper price quoted (which made sense to me since my procedure looked like it was on the simpler end of the scale for that type of surgery - though I'm no expert), so I was happy with how it worked out in any case.

The surgery itself and recovery went smoothly. I'm very happy I had it done and with the results so far. For me, definitely worth the money and an overall positive experience. I would return if I became interested in another type of procedure.

It’s been almost 6 months since I had my rhinoplasty performed by Dr Onur Gilleard at Centre for Surgery and I cannot be happier with my results. Dr Onur has to be one of the best plastic surgeons in the UK- not only he is a kind and gentle and down to earth but also his attention to detail and professionalism are outstanding. Cannot recommend CS and Dr Onur enough!
