Our experience with CNIC support has consistently been discouraging. The support structure feels siloed, with first-line agents seemingly cut off from senior engineers or developers. This fragmentation, coupled with the absence of visible quality checks, results in incomplete or inaccurate answers on a regular basis. Despite numerous interactions, the quality of service has not improved, which suggests that customer feedback is neither acted upon nor overseen by management. Overall, we are dissatisfied with the level of support. We now make every effort to resolve issues internally and limit our reliance on CNIC support, as our input rarely leads to meaningful change.
