Easy and helpful service, with the kindest team!
I used Central Mailing Services twice this past year to print some magazines. This was my first time using a printing service, but they made it extremely easy and were super helpful with all of my questions and requirements. In particular, Luke has been the best help and made the printing process really easy and was incredibly accommodating with all of my last minute edits! The magazines came out beautifully too!

Excellent customer service and high-quality products
Our charity worked with Central Mailing Services for the first time at the height of the coronavirus pandemic. We needed to mail thousands of our supporters as a matter of urgency and began researching mailing companies in the West Midlands. Not only did Central Mailing Services offer the most competitive price we could find, but they were able to deliver a high-quality product with a fast turnaround. We were so impressed with the excellent level of service that we returned to CMS to produce a personalised direct mail appeal the following month.
Kevin and Luke have made the whole process simple thanks to their excellent communication and their professional, friendly and knowledgeable support every step of the way. Central Mailing Services make us feel valued as a customer and working with them gives us the confidence that our mailings will arrive on time and be of first-rate quality.
