Order Rushed
My order was placed on September 26th and delivered on October 9th , this order was rushed with some issues.
-Under Sized 8 x 10 and 11 x 14
- portion on the edge from a different picture
-cutting was not centered correctly over cutting different sides on the same picture of different prints
- one of the Pictures was really dark and opaque
I have Pictures to show, let me know where to send them.
I know this order was rushed last minute because the Tracking #didn't show that FedEx received it a week after I placed the order and I emailed you to check what was the reasonand then 2 days later the tracking number finally said that FedEx had it.

Great quality and pricing, accurate turnaround times, will be coming back
This is my first Trustpilot review, but I relied on these before placing my order, so I wanted to return the favor. I was a little skeptical at first since I’d never heard of Center City Print, and their prices seemed almost too reasonable for the turnaround times they offered. I half-expected there to be a catch or to end up dealing with a frustrating customer service experience, but everything was completely straightforward.
I’m a graphic designer, so I didn’t need any help with the design or upload process. I sized everything properly, chose my print type, and placed the order without any issues. The only thing that could’ve made the experience even better would be having tracking information. I received an order confirmation email that mentioned the typical 3 to 7 business day turnaround and linked to their general turnaround page, but no tracking details. Since the prints were a birthday gift, it would’ve been nice to have a clearer idea of when they’d arrive.
That said, my order arrived within 4 business days (7 days total, including a federal holiday and shipping to California). The prints came out beautifully. Great quality and perfectly on time. Overall, an easy, seamless experience. I’d 100% order from Center City Print again if the process is always this smooth. Thanks again!

The posters are great! Sturdy and good quality. I got around 60 different prints and it took about a week to be ready to ship. Very happy overall!

Production Time was Long
The quality was great, but I had called in advance to make sure that the posters would arrive at a certain date and they confirmed. Yet the posters didn’t arrive on time and I lost my business opportunity.

Slow Service
3 weeks for production and delivery was a bit too long for me. even after carefully reading through the expected turnaround time - this project fell short by a lot. after speaking with a rep, they did mention that available printers were down, but I would hope that some time of contact would be made to make the customer aware of the delay. I have yet to see the product - so my rating is solely based on speed of service.
