Genuinely amazing website
Easy to purchase and it’s a good website although the delivery has taken atleast 4 days now. It still hasn’t come but I’m hoping it comes by tomorrow atleast.
EDIT: They misdirected the order and now I have to wait another weekend and a few days for it to come… (This is an issue with AnPost)
UPDATE: CeltiCook gave me compensation of 20% for my order regarding the issues with delivery and sent me another carrier with next-day delivery… Everything is sorted now and I am extremely happy with my purchase and these retailers! Went from 3 stars to 5 stars after their great communication and help :)

Your experience and journey with us really matters, this is not the first time we have problem with anpost delivery, we decide to use DPD for all the future delivery once our anpost stamps used up. Normally we did realy fast near Co,.Dublin as we deliver by ourselves, but as the address far from Dublin, like Ballyhaunis, we have to use carrier. Sorry again for under your expectation.

100% recommend Celticook. A few others mentioned that the site can look a bit off as it just sells a few random chinese products. And as they have also said, it's 100% genuine and the prices are the best around. They replied super fast on their live chat, my order was delivered in less than 24hrs... crazy service!

Genuine Excellent Service
I specifically wanted this robot vacuum as I am familiar with the Dreame brand which is brilliant. I could not find the vacuum at a lower price anywhere else. Adam, who helped me with the purchase, took extra care and help me through the purchase process, and arranged delivery to my closest post office (I have trouble with parcels delivered at my home address). I Received Excellent Service, and Adam went Above and Beyond to help me. Will recommend CeltiCook to anyone looking to buy one of there products. The robot vacuum works so well it is really amazing.

I got a call from a couple who told me they paid online in Aliexpress and the store told them to call my number, I have to say sorry to them as they met a spam, hope everyone is away from spam and be careful with online purchase.
