Great company to deal with. One of the items we ordered had a manufacturing fault, spoke to Fez and the team got it replaced straight away. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. No issues with the order and the guy was really helpful, item turned up in timescales stated. The Shop tracking was truly awful (showed item delivered 2 hours before it was dispatched!) , but the item turned up with DPD before I had chance to fully chase it up, used Global Security before and will use them again, no hesitation
