My cat was injured badly
I took my cat to Curls and Kitten Cat Grooming, and when he came back he was acting very uncomfortable and "wired." After checking him, I noticed a red, irritated spot in his private area that was NOT there before the appointment. I went back to the owner to report it, and instead of taking responsibility or showing concern, I was told that I would need to take my cat to a vet first. The owner said only after a vet report would they "decide" if they would cover the vet, otherwise they would do nothing about it. This was very disappointing. As a pet owner, you trust groomers to handle your cat with care, especially in sensitive areas. The lack of accountability and immediate support was frustrating. Please be cautious and always check your pets carefully after grooming here.
