I was in a Singapore Mall feeling very…

I was in a Singapore Mall feeling very old, low post cancer and vulnerble that day. This company used very high pressure selling. They ended up selling me 2 products - the face and eye tightening serums/cream. (which worked on trial) They offered two other free products. The sales people were working to a script -using bully tactics. They manipulated the situation by saying I would get 20% duty/tax off at the airport on the way home. More like 2%. I was miscalculating the Singapore Dollar rate to English Sterling as they were doing such a hard sell on me. I ended up being completely ripped off spending £1000 on a product that has not lifted or improved anything. I feel sick and completely stupid!!!

Pushy salesperson and terrible product

I was in a mall and a woman approached me to try the eye firming cream. She was a very good saleswoman- before I knew it, she was putting the cream underneath my eye. After holding a handheld fan to dry the cream, she held a mirror up to my face. The lines looked like they were gone. I was honest up front about the fact that I wasn't planning on purchasing anything (especially at the hefty price of $300). She continued to be kind, funny, and complimentary as she made more "deals" (I will give you this other product for free/I will give this to you at 30% off... She finished the other eye and I told her I needed to go. Her tune quickly changed and she was no longer Ms. Kind. After about 20 minutes the area underneath my eyes started to crust. It looked awful. I rubbed it off and went on with my day. Of course the wrinkles reappeared (it was almost like the formula was merely foundation to fill in/cover up my fine lines). As the evening progressed, I developed redness and extreme irritation underneath both of my eyes where she applied the cream. It felt like and looked like I had a sunburn under my eyes. I am mad at myself for letting a stranger place an unknown product on me. Lesson learned!

False advertising/High pressure sales tactics

High pressure sales tactics that rely on your product ignorance. The timeless eye lift is just a polymer-based cosmetic tightening mask disguised as a serum/"treatment". How do I know? Because they tell you to use it only once a week and at night. When I wiped the product off after it had tightened. My skin went back to exactly where it was before. True treatments require regular and prolonged use for effectiveness, not once per week. I didn't know polymer based masks were a thing before I started looking into this. That's how I got scammed, because you see instant results and then they tell you with regular use you will see change. I did get a second product also that does seem effective for a 2 for 1 deal so at least it wasn't a total loss. Hence the two starts. But between false advertising and high pressure sales tactics, I would stay away from this company.

That place is a scam

That place is a scam. Don’t buy anything there. The staff act like pushy gypsies, trying to force you into purchases and getting aggressive about it.
They tried to pressure me into buying a “$5,000 red light machine” supposedly discounted from $10,000 which you can literally get anywhere for around $100.
People, contact your bank and dispute the charge. Get your money back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

THEY ARE THIEVES!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

They go under multiple names and do their best to hide all businesses on the web and they make it impossible to leave reviews. That says everything right there. Honest companies with quality products want reviews. Not this company.
They also hide themselves under different names Voupre, One Cosmestics and CbGardn, Santa Fe Spa Center and Voupre Spa. Here’s why…

Multiple lawsuits against them including one August 2025 in New Mexico where they were fined 350k for defrauding consumers with aggressive sales tactics, making false promises, and selling products at inflated prices. I was a victim of this by the owner of One Cosmetics in Chandler, Arizona 11/25/25.
Before I go into how disgusting these people are (how do they sleep at night?!)

Use AI to find info on their lawsuit. And research CbGardn to find all the horror stories on Reddit.

I have reached out to Attorney General Raul Torres to see if he can help me get my money back. That’s who settled their recent lawsuit in New Mexico.

So my story, was swindled by owner of the Chandler franchise, Samuel. Told him multiple times that I’m a single mom shopping on a tiny budget for Christmas for my son and I was uninterested. After much pushing every time I passed I thought, “He’s a nice kid and I have the day off, I’ll give him a few minutes. So he eventually applies CB Gold Timeless Lift (it’s glorified hemorrhoid cream) It instantly provided and under eye lift. He tried to say it sells for $1400! Then acted like he was cutting me a huge deal by selling it for $700. When I was laughing and telling him, “No way am I paying that.” He states he has a “damaged box” and could sell for $400. He did his whole scum bag sales stuff and acted like he was doing me a huge favor by dropping it to $286.75. What I was thinking I have no clue but I was impressed with the instant lift and was a fool and bought it. AFTER, he stated that I could be refunded if I wasn’t happy. He even showed me where he had recently refunded a customer.
He stated to use the cream once a week at night. I did. And woke up with huge bags under my eyes that lasted 4 days!!
I thought I had noticed puffiness and bigger bags the evening after he applied the product but wanting to give the benefit of the doubt I waited a week and tried it again. Same thing, my under eyes were drastically worse for days.
I reached out via email and told them this and they denied me my refund!!! I even told them they could keep $50 for the product having been used and they still refused! I told them that I did not purchase a $286.75 produce without the opportunity of a refund and explained Samual even showing me a text of a customer he refunded. No honest company with quality products would refuse a refund within 30 days. I’m furious.
By this time I was researching them on the internet and they are really hard to track down, again, huge red flag for a business. Through my research I found nothing but horror stories and lawsuits.

They are sales filth. Disgusting humans with no souls to take advantage of a single mom at the holidays. Then to deny my refund when the product is making my under eyes have big bags under them!! Bad humans, no souls.
