Terrible service and complete lack of follow-up

My experience with Cavendish & Country has been extremely disappointing. During my move, my garden furniture was not protected at all, resulting in significant damage. Since November 15 to this day, the situation remains unresolved.

The customer service is non-existent: despite numerous follow-ups over several months, my case remains at a standstill. Their insurance is no better.

If you are looking for a reliable and professional moving company, avoid Cavendish & Country. Their lack of professionalism and commitment is unacceptable.

Cavendish & Country helped me move from London to Paris and could not have been more helpful. An international move is so stressful and Stewart was invaluable in reducing our stress levels. Recommended.
