We urgently needed a cat flap fitted within a small time frame & found Cat Out of Glass via Google. So pleased we stumbled across them! Sarah was very quick to respond to emails & helped us to get the glass ordered & booked in asap. CJ who fitted the cat flap & glass was great & really helpful in finding a quick solution when (thanks to my measuring skills) the glass didn’t fit initially.

Sarah and CJ made the process so simple and easy. Once I'd chosen the microchip pet door I wanted and provided details of the kitchen door it was to be fitted to, an appointment was booked. When he arrived (on time) on the day of installation, CJ was friendly, efficient and considerate, and he had the pet door fitted (with all the relevant instructions explained) in around 20 minutes. Great service, great communication. Very happy with Cat Out of Glass. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this company. Thanks!

Sarah and CJ were both excellent communicators. Sarah at keeping in touch with quick responses and CJ patiently explaining the intricacies of the new microchip cat flap. The price was very good and CJ was quick and efficient at the installation. It only took one day for our cat to learn how to use the flap and we had our first night's uninterrupted sleep in ages secure in the knowledge that we would have no more feline intruders. If there were 10 stars available I would give all of them to Cat out of glass.

I thought it might be complicated getting a cat flap installed in the window here but Sarah was really helpful and the guidance sent made measuring worry free! The manufacturing time was very quick and install day was quick, tidy and very pleasant. Couldn't recommend then more!
