So Extremely Delighted With The First Class, Beyond Excellent Customer Service I received from the Caterbox Company. Very Thankfully I Spoke to Two Extremely Helpful, Friendly and Cooperative Customer Services Representatives. Nothing Was Too Much Trouble, As I Asked So Many Questions on Sizing and Measurements, Each and Every Time I was Given the Upmost Courtesy and Very Friendly, Helpful Customer Service. The Delivery of these Caterbox boxes was received within two days - Super Super Fast Postage and Received In Perfect, Absolutely Pristine Condition.

This is the first time I have ordered from Caterbox, I found them to be speedy and very helpful.
One thing that made the experience great was having a person handling customer service questions, Emma was very quick to respond and helpful.
My two items arrived quicker than expected and were excellent quality.
I ordered glass storage boxes, I would recommend these to anyone with spare glass ware or to any company in hospitality.
They are thick solid plastic, sized for your glasses, width and height. I had previously ordered thinner plastic crates but Caterbox are far far superior.

I arrived unannounced made welcome even though I wasn't shore if it was trade or open to genrall public and the staff made me welcome .I explain what I required brought samples to see if there was boxes so the glassware wouldn't break measurement taken and boxes to fit I was very impressed by the care taken to make shore the fitted boxes were what I wanted and I would rely recommend the staff they made me feel as if I was the most important person in the room 5 star trement great service I will be recommending this product to all dennis clay

Excellent Customer Service
What a fantastic company to deal with! A couple of years ago I ordered a number of pizza dough proving trays that were delivered on time with no issues. The boxes are fantastic and good value for money.
I arranged to collect a further four today and I visited their site in Eastleigh. Well, all I can is first class service. The staff who I interacted with were friendly, polite and extremely professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them. In an industry where, in my opinion, standards have dropped, Caterbox are doing the exact opposite and their standards are very high. What a real pleasure to do business with. Thank you Caterbox for doing what you do, so well.

The perfect fit for a tiny dishwasher
I did a lot of searching to find the perfect cutlery box to fit my new dish washer, it had to be just big enough, to a, do the job, b, fit perfectly, as I had bought the tiniest dishwasher to sit on my bench. After a lot of measuring and considering quality, caterbox had the perfect box I needed. Because it was a big company I wasn’t sure my tiny order would be worth their bother, but it’s a quality product, that fits perfectly and I get more than enough daily cutlery in it and I’m so pleased. It’s doing a grand job since August.
Great prompt delivery and ideal product.
I recommend it for tiny 1-2 person table top dishwasher, it takes up one third of the space of the original and I can fit in 2 mugs extra space wise
