Very quick and efficient service and the 2 workmen were exemplary. They completed the repair to my water pipe professionally and cleaned up the mess after digging nearly 1 metre into the ground in 34 degrees of blazing hot sunshine. Very pleased and I would highly reccomend Catalyst Service.

Excellence both in customer liaison and service. Ours was a complex job of rerouting our water supply. Catalyst engineers, Callum,Jason and Brad were totally professional, working hard to find the best solution for us not the quickest for them. We were impressed by their work ethic and clear and informative engagement with us. Could not recommend them more highly. Timekeeping after a long journey excellent also.

They were very thorough and didn’t leave any mess behind them when they had finished.

This visit was in April 2026, they were on time and carried out this work quickly and efficiently and politely. They left the area clean and tidy after doing the bore holes.

We have had tree ingress on outdoor drains our insurance provider appointed Catalyst Services to fix the problem. They have started the work but due to part of the work needing to be done by the water authority they paused it. The water authorities completed the work the needed to do. We have asked Catalyst to come and complete their work but they can't seem to find an engineer to do it. We have rung week after week to see when they will do this and keep getting the same story "we will try to get an engineer to complete this" and still no progress. Our downstairs toile keeps backing up and we have called another plumber and he has said its due to the external drains. The problem is still ongoing. Use them with caution!

Great service

Catalyst Services were wonderfully helpful, professional and courteous. They helped to promptly get an issue with a broken drain resolved with minimal fuss. Due to issues caused by waste overflowing, they expedited a visit from someone to clean the area, keeping the place sanitary whilst we awaited the permanent fix. Jonathan Leach was particularly professional and helpful, working tirelessly to get the issue resolved. Jonathan kept me fully updated each step of the way and demonstrated outstanding customer service! I would high recommend Catalyst Services for their professionalism and specialism in getting my broken drain issue resolved.

The work was started as arranged and completed without issue. Old drains were dug out and replaced. Afterwards it was hard to tell there had been any work done, everything was so neat and tidy. Very communicative guys doing the work. Many thanks. Excellent work

The guys were friendly, and patient in working with me (and Neighbor) to figure the best spot to do a trial pit survey. Afterwards, the site was restored and cleaned to good condition. No complaints

After having a horrendous experience with British Gas and Dyno Rod I decided to go with home insurance who instructed catalyst. The service that I received was absolutely amazing. Kept informed and updated throughout. Engineers were amazing and after 2 days of solid work my leak was finally sorted. Thankyou and would highly recommend

They turned up on the right date, just a shame it was so long after they were originally booked. They carried the work efficiently and courteously, and tidied up afterwards. They had to take heavy machinery across the lawn which was damaged but has now recovered. So it might be advisable for the future to carry duckboards to help protect grass.

Really good communication by phone before our appointment day, and the team were very good on the actual day. They had to dig multiple deep holes to take samples in our back garden which is paved over, and I was genuinely impressed by how well they did it. No damage to our paving and everything put back in its original place. If I hadn't been there, I wouldn't have known where they had dug the holes!

I would use them again and recommend to others.

Great communucation from the onset. I was kept informed at every stage of the process. The contractors were great - personable, respectful, discussing with me the problem and the solution at every stage. A really smooth, professional and customer-focused service from start to finish.

Excellent communication from the office staff. Site guys turned up on time, explained everything they were going to do to locate our leak. Kept us informed as they made progress and showed where the leak was. Left our property as they found it, clean and tidy. Happy to recommend this company and would happily use them again.

There was great communication by e-mail and phone prior to arrival. The two engineers were very professional and identified the location of the leak quickly. They took pictures, sent them to my insurance company and within minutes had the go ahead to fix the leak. Once the new pipe was in place, they refilled the large hole, levelled the dirt and got the bricks back down. I was very impressed with the service. I would definitely use this company again.

I couldn’t praise these guys enough. The 2 engineers that attended were respectful, polite, professional and went above and beyond to have the problem fixed. The customer service was great, they were prompt in coming out to me, kept me informed and up to date.
