I ordered a coat advertised as a high-quality wool coat, but what I received was a cheap, low-quality item that looked nothing like the product shown online. The material and workmanship were very poor, and it was clearly not as described.

Customer service was also frustrating. Instead of offering a proper solution, they kept repeating the same partial refund offer and expected me to pay expensive international shipping to return it to China.

This was a disappointing experience and felt very misleading. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before buying from this site.

Complete misrepresentation of the product! Shirts are supposed to be 100% cotton and are cheap synthetic fabric. Also terrible screen printing and overall not at all what it looks like on the website. Made and shipped from China and they make you pay for the total return costs which are more than the products. Scam...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I gave them 1 star but only because I had to. The items I ordered are not what I received. Descriptions are not correct. They don't respond to emails for a return. They are a total rip-off.

These are a complete knockoff. The sizes are what you would think....completely off. They say they are made in USA. NOT.

I purchased 4 items and the first 3 arrived and completely not what is advertised on their website. I have sent them, now 5 emails, requesting a return address for a refund and have yet to get a response. I would warn folks from buying any items as they are not as they appear on the webside...especially when you order a white ball cap and a blue one arrives.

I wouldn’t give 1 star for my purchase this is a total scam the sweater was not worth $5 on a beach side boardwalk let alone $75 total rip off

Total scam! Ripping, good people off all around the globe. Not sure why they haven’t been shut down. They will steal your money and you won’t get anything in return. And if you do get something, it will not be what you ordered or worth the package it comes in. There’s a reason there’s no phone number on their site.

I ordered a 2XL, they gave me an XL in a clear plastic that indicates it's both a 2xl & Xl. It's too small. It arrived late. MIST IMPORTANTLY, I received a fraudulent charge to a Botanical company in North Carolina for $136 after providing them with my credit card information. Have any of you experienced unexplained charges with your credit card? We all need to report them to the BBB. Whom else can we file a complaint with

They advertise beautiful pictures, but this site is a total scam. The product and fabric is totally different than their advertisement. I ordered a cotton vintage Christmas tree sweatshirt and got a polyester screen print button up blouse that was two sizes too small. When I asked for a refund, they responded that it was impossible to please every customer and they would consider a refund if I wanted to return. If not, I could resell it. They are a total scam. Do not purchase from them.

This company has dreadful customer service. I ordered two jumpsuits and waited a long time to get them, and the company that they used to deliver them, UNI UNI, delivered them to the wrong address...an address that they wrote on the package that was not mine. They were thrown on the ground, and thankfully, the person whose address it was, read the correct address, (that they had crossed out), and got them to my building. When opened, to my dismay, they sent me a totally different jumpsuit from the one that ordered! They just decided to substitute a very different one without telling me that the one I actually ordered was unavailable, (a specific one that I needed for a show I was designing), and when I sent them the pictures, they said that I should just try to sell it! And that if I wanted to return it, I would have to pay for it, but they never even sent me the address label to do that. They are not reliable and have terrible customer service, and I will never order from them again.

I ordered a jumpsuit in mid March 2025, I never received a confirmation or any type of correspondence regarding my order, therefore decided to chunk it up as a loss. The2nd week in July, I received the package with no invoice, etc. It was not what I ordered, it was homemade, seams busting (visible threads), really tiny It was HORRIBLE, the material was cheap with no tags. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THOS COMPANY.

No order, did get a receipt with order and id numbers. Put in a dispute with PayPal, from unrecognized HK Chinese company for a dress, never received and order not recognized??

I never recieved my item. There is no contact number only email which they never reply to. I am more upset with myself for not noticing they didn't have a contact number before I placed the order. Giant red flag.

The item I bought was a knitted sweater and the one I got was a bad quality sweatshirt with the image of the knitted sweater PRINTED ON IT! Absolutely ridiculous. They obviously don't reply my e-mails. DO NOT fall for this scam!!!

This Chinese company changes names and web addresses but they are a complete scam. They have gone by the name Kuyike and My Westenrn Outfit. They will send you the worse quality clothes that may not even look like what you ordered. Anything kit or embroidery will only be a print of what is pictures. They will never return your email and there is no returns. Stay away and if you see their ads, report to the site with the ad.

I ordered a knitted sweather. What i got was a thin shirt with knitted print. They arent answering my emails.

The item I ordered was listed was a vintage embroidered shirt - what I got was a printed appalling quality item with broken buttons. Certainly not the product they advertised. I am currently trying to get a refund through PayPal. Avoid this company
