Excellent customer service, good range of top quality products

Superbly competitive pricing, fast delivery which is fairly priced and the products were really well packaged for transit.

Good all round experience.

The ordering process was easy and my order arrived on time. All products are of excellent quality and good value for money.

Updating a previous review. I had been told next day delivery on Friday would mean a Monday delivery. This was from customer services sorting out a delivery that had already been delayed. However - today I have received my materials : Saturday! Thank you. I am extremely grateful this is now resolved. I can get back in my studio.

Great website, easy to order and prompt delivery

All good. Quick delivery, great price and well packaged.

clear and straightforward purchase, prompt arrival

Good product, good communication

Excelent for a wide range of products at affordable prices. The website offers many things which are difficuly to get elsewhere, and for people who struggle with deliveries, like myself, the click and collect option on orders £30 or more is perfect.

The company provides an excellent service within store and mail order.

Everything was fine, and the goods arrived quickly.

Excellent serviceju

I have found everything I need online. The staff in store are so knowledgeable and helpful; I always spend more than I intended, but come home excited to get started on my next project.

Easy ordering, items arrived promptly wrapped in materials I could recycle. The paints have intense pigment so a little goes a long way. Very pleased with my purchase.

Intuitive website with an amazing array of products to choose from.
As a non artist, the available product information made it easy to choose a surprise gift.
The order was delivered very quickly.

Since leaving the review below, cass art reached out and I sent pics of the problem, lack of pigment. They assured me they would be in touch with the manufacturer and sent me a new set which I'm happy to say are all beautifully black. Thank you cass arts for the no quibble reply and resolution.
My star rating went from 1 to 4
I bought the artists pigment fineliners pack and yes you do get what you pay for. These are terrible, initially they seemed fine but a few weeks later the pigment is now coming out much weaker, grey rather than black. I thought maybe shaking the pen would help, which it did but although it came out black it also came out in a big pool and ruined what I was drawing. If I could return I would but I had them a while before using them.
Also it seems there's no way of writing a review on their website
