Had a great experience with casita, as they were really very helpful and kind enough to guide me. And guided me throughout to find a best student accommodation in my budget.. Casita helped me find an accommodation on very short notice. Still I was given many options and their agent Nitika really put a lot of effort into finding a room suitable for my terms. After I arrived at the property I was facing some really big problems, that Nitika was more then willing to assist me with. Without her I would have really felt pretty helpless.

The five star I gave is just for my interactions with Mr Avesh Tiwari from Casita. Prior to him, my interactions with two other individuals from Casita was stressful and to an extent humiliating. The individual who initially worked with me to get an accommodation booked rushed me to take the decision stating that I would otherwise lose the accommodation which I later realised is a tactic used. Until that time he was regularly in communication and suddenly he becomes incommunicado. After several messages in the WhatsApp group , one person started responding. She said the earlier person had a medical emergency and she would be my point of contact - the way she came out was like she is doing me a favour in the absence of the first person. Every query I had to ask twice then there will be a response. At one point we had decided to not proceed with the accommodation. From that point it became a nightmare with Casita. We had paid for the essential kit - I requested it either be delivered to a different address or have the amount refunded. It was two months of constant follow up with no results. Eventually, Mr. avesh came in- he clearly understood my concerns, he was very professional in his responses and resolved the issue. Thanks a lot Mr Avesh - interactions with you changed my perspective about casita for the better.
